This is by far my worst experience ever. Had to select at least one star to post this. For the record, I would give my experience a -10 if I had the opportunity. 1. They messed up my order 2. I had to wait an additional 30 - 45 minutes for the correct order 3. Couldnt eat anything they delivered first as a trade for the correct order 4. Replacement order was STILL wrong 5. Called to inform them and was spoken to like a child by not one but three employees 6. Put on hold while the young lady had a conversation in the background 7. Held until she hung up on me 8. Called back to be hung up on again 9. They still REFUSED TO FIX MY ORDER 10. HAD TO GO TO THE BUSINESS ON 4100 E Harry where they FINALLY decided to do the right thing.... THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS THAT DESERVES OUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS. ITLL BE A SNOWY DAY IN ZIMBABWE BEFORE I EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE. THANKS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NEXT TIME I WANT CHINESE, ILL COOK IT MY DAMN SELF

Girl who answers the phone is rude and fast but I dont think shes being intentionally malicious, shes just all about business. It took maybe 5 or 6 orders before I got used to her style, but I finally nailed it. Heres the thing, you can order food for 14 people and shell have it down instantly. I realized that I was used to shitty service on the phone from Pizza Hut and other places where they take measurable time to put your order into the computer, ask you to be patient, and generally let you take the lead. Do not EVER fire the girl on that phone. Train other people to be like her. Its part of your identity now, China King. You have fast delivery, you take orders with a purpose, and your food is good(mostly, the pepper steak has disappointed me). A parting tip for new customers of China King: Prepare your order in advance, and have it in front of you when you call.

Horrible. Service has gone down hill. Girl who answers the phone and very very rude and hangs up on you if you dont answer quick enough. We had a beyond horrible experience with this place when we ordered from them and their delivery driver pulled into our front yard instead of our drive way, and pealed out tearing up our grass and throwing mud all over the front of our house and even inside our home. And all they offered us was $20 free food one time. Every-time we have ordered from them their driver has pulled into our yard every single time. Weve even asked for them to not do that. And he continues to do it anyway. Its sad we were great customers but got treated like such trash. Me and my family will never again go to this business for any reason. Food is amazing but they are VERY VERY VERRYY unprofessional .

Had it delivered about three weeks ago. They didnt deliver the extra fried rice or extra crab Rangoon we ordered. So I called back and she said she would give us a 5 dollar discount next time we ordered. I asked her how she would know and she said based off of our phone number AND address. So we tried to call tonight and order and of course no discount is anywhere to be found. They wouldnt honor it at all. Also both times I called to place an order she constantly interrupted me to put me on hold to talk to other people. It was so rude. We will not be going back if they cant even have the respect to honor what they say they will honor or have the respect to keep a conversation going. Literally put on hold 15 times in one phone call. Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT BUY. Me and my friend owed the delivery guy about 18 bucks. then we had gave him 15 bills and like 5 dollars in change for a tip. and then they call saying we owe them a dollar and the driver only got 13 bills. WE GAVE HIM A 10 AND A 5 DOLLAR BILL. i kept trying to persuade them then they came to the house shined a flashlight in out windows and beat on the door. then we open and he shoved out his hand . we just sat there aand looked at him. then he shoved it out more and then we gave him a dollar not looking for trouble then he walks off. the food wasnt even worth all that never going again. they jipped us dont buy.

I am repeatedly told different stories about there being a minimum for delivery - with or without a card - and the number has changed three times since. The girl I spoke to was very rude about the whole thing. I received conflicting stories and when I referenced the menu itself she told me I was looking at the wrong one. The one that I literally tore from my last order from there. Needless to say it will probably very seriously be my last meal from China King.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. Absolutely terribly food, ordered the chicken Lo Mein and the meal was 70% bean sprouts, egrolls had poor poor taste and very soggy. crab rangoons were under cooked. And cold in the center. Hair was in my food when it came and bugs were flying around, one unfortunately landed in my water and made the whole experience that much worse. Would NOT recommend to anyone. KEEP AWAY

Wow....... Best Chinese food I have had in a long time... fast delivery, great prices........The crab Rangoon is awesome.........The girl on the phone is not rude.. she is just in a hurry taking orders.......You can hear the phones ringing of the hook in the background.......You can get nice veggie platters if you want to go healthier as well. They have been around for at least 20 years... and that is proof.......

Called in for delivery and was told 30-40 minutes which ended up being an hour wait. When I finally got called, they couldnt figure out how to get to my place of residence and do to the fact they sent out a driver who doesnt understand English, which normally wouldnt have been a problem, couldnt understand the directions I was giving them. This resulted in them cancelling the order. Waste of time

When the food actually comes most of the time its not right! I overlooked it the first time and the fact that the food was below subpar and tried them again. When we finally got our food they didnt even bring us what was ordered on the phone. I will not be returning to this business and before you spend your hard earned money to get very rude customer service I would think twice.

Everything is delicious. You just cant stop eating it. I always get the beef, brokolli, and shrimp lo mein, and a double order of crab ragoons. Just when i think im stuffed and cant eat anymore im hungry 15 minutes later. They are affordable, and just down right awesome! and they deliveri would be willing to pay more if i had to just to get their food! thats how great they are!!!

The food is very good. However, I ordered a pint of hot and spicy shrimp...I got a total of 5 shrimp. The rest was onions and peppers. NOT COOL. And they dont even ask if you want change. My order was $24.00. I gave them $30.00. They took off with my $6.00!!!! Other than that, they are good. Good portion of chicken and rice for the price!
