Last time I ordered I had a bad experience and wasnt going to order from here again. But I figured why not, Ill try again. So I order the 10 wing combo meal with Spicy Honey BQQ PAID for extra sauce & I paid for cheese, placed my order and after over an hour later I finally revived it. I opened it to find no cheese, cold fries & wings that werent extra wet, no silver ware, no straw. So I called this time. Got asked for my name & addressed waited about 3 minutes for her to get back on the phone, for her to say "I can run you out cheese, but thats all I can do" by the time I got my cheese my fries would be cold, my wings still would be dry. So sick of this place. Will never order here again.

Firstly, we were quoted a different price for delivery than upon delivery, secondly, we received four sauces (we purchased fifty wings) and were given four unlabeled boxes indistinct-able from one another. Finally, after I called and spoke to a manager, I was told that I was a liar, and that I could be assured that nothing would be done of their poor service. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service, such shady business, or such rude employees. I WILL NOT be spending my fifty plus dollars there again. Thanks to the Ms. Horrible Courtney shift supervisor, you deserve a call out. Thanks for the dry over cooked wings, and the horrible experience.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, **** Tonight I placed a delivery order on their website which never ended up coming. I called after an hour and a half wait only to be told that the driver claimed my order had been delivered to the location when it had clearly not been. I spoke briefly with the manager to try and figure out what went wrong when he said there was nothing he could do and hung up. Very unprofessional --- hungry and out $16.00

HORRIBLE SERVICE My buddies and I ordered some wings and after an hour and a half long wait we called the manager and were told that the delivery had been made when we had not received our food. The manager said there was nothing they could do and hung up. We werent even given the option for a reorder or a refund. I know the homies at BuffaLouies wouldnt do us dirty like that.

Food took awhile to get here, and my fries were pretty old. The wings were dank though and the Jamaican jerk in particular was awesome. Edit: called in about the fries and they said theyd credit me a large fry on my next order so theyre good in my book, one of the better, if not the best wing places in Bloomington. Also the mango habenero was awesome by the time I got to it.

Have been ordering here for years with no problems and good, late night wings. Had my first issue and had it resolved fairly easily, although it did take quite a while ( was on hold for 10+ minutes). Will continue to order from here, especially considering the fair way that I was treated when my order was wrong.

Ive eaten here a couple times, and its never left me feeling well. This last time, I felt like I was going to die from a sodium/msg overdose. I literally thought I needed to go to the hospital. I have NEVER felt this way eating elsewhere! Just eat somewhere else. Your health is worth it.

Friend of mine tried to order food from here. After waiting for over an hour he called and they claimed the order had been delivered. It had not, and they said there was nothing they could do. Awful customer service, stay away and eat someplace with better food and decency.

Pretty bad. Dry tasteless wings. Breading felt like it was soaked in water before it was delivered. No crisp whatsoever. Food was warm at best. Side order of mozzarella sticks was cold when received. Word of Advice: Go to BuffaLouies. They are way better than this place.

A.l.w.a.y.s. miss something for the delivery. I never had everything I ordered and claiming it was not in the system. I ordered the food and you think I dont know what I ordered? Not even a single apology. Only one good thing about Wingsextreme is working late.

I had no problem with this restaurant at all for nearly two years now. The cheeseburger from this place is my favorite but sometimes the bun is pretty soggy when there are many orders but it is understandable. Good quality food at the right price.

Honestly probably the best Buffalo style Hot wings Ive ever had. The wings have plenty of sauce on them, which is great for dipping fries or celery in while eating. Highly recommend this place!
