My husband and I went through the drive through on our way home and found the time/service poor. The service at the window was also unsatisfactory. The server was rude and unhelpful. After leaving, we checked the bag and found several items missing. I called to report the missing items and yhe employee who answered was laughing, holding a conversation with someone ine the background, so I had to repeat myself several times. When she finally "heard" my complaint, she said, "Im not giving you free food just because you went through the drive through and we forgot some items." I never asked for free food. In fact, in my complaint I stated my reason for calling: let them know I received poor service and missing items, so please have their employees double check bags. Once on the phone with the manager, it did not get better. The issues were the same.

Even if Im the only one in line I still cant get my food under 10 min. Went from eating here weekly to monthly then to quarterly and now never. Tonight was the last time I will ever eat at this location. After waiting 3 min for the guy infront of me to get their food I waited another 5 min for them to run my card while no one was getting my food only to find out I would have to wait another 5min because they were out of shrimp. I walked in to speak with the manager, which wasnt there and after 5 min the shrimp was ready, but had to watch them serve new customers until I finally yelled at them to finish my order. The most unorganized ran place I have ever seen. Stay away!!

Have never really had a problem, food for the most part hot and delicious, sometimes the wait is a little longer then other times, but always worth it. My problem last night was that if the store is "open" till 10, the drive thru should still be answered at 9:37. Us and another car sat in the drive thru waiting for about 10 minutes, only to not get answered. The screen is broken and looks like its about to fall, the cameras are pointed right down where we were waiting and still nothing. Honk, sure did, and nothing. Enjoyed looking at the back of the dude avoiding the window when we (us and another vehicle) finally gave up.

Waited in line inside, only to be ignored after being told that someone would be right with me. Decided to go through the drive through... where i waited about 30 minutes. Finally made it to the window they said it would be just a few minutts for the black pepper chicken to be ready. 10 minutes later they come to the window and tell me they are out of the chicken to make it and i would have to order something else. I did, and they didnt have that either. The food is consistantly dry and tough as if it has been sitting for hours. Just go somewhere else

We are new to the area and have gone to this location a few times. Every time we do they get something wrong. First time my husband had a plate of honey shrimp and beef and broccoli. They only have him 3 shrimp and one sliver of beef. The next time I got orange chicken and seemed to got the bottom of the barrel scraps as none of them were actually the plump chicken. This time I was given fried rice instead of White. You guys really need to work on making sure your portions are correct.

Horrible!! Tonight 16 Jan 2016 I went through the drive through at 730 pm and what I received was a long wait time and cold and hard food, the orange chicken was hard at every bite and the Kung pao chicken was horrible, I love this restaurant but the service at this particular store in copperas cove is the worst when it comes to quality of the food and a sense of customer service. I dont complain to much but watching my kid try to eat this crap upset me.

If youre on lunch or going anywhere within a time limit, I highly recommend not coming here. They are incredibly slow and even when there isnt a lot of people youre still going to be waiting at least 15m. However even that is a generous estimate. Its just ridiculous and when youre pregnant the last thing you want to do is miss out on enjoying your lunch before an hour and a half long class because you were waiting 20m for a chow mein filled with onions.

Had to wait for my order as they ran out and made fresh, I ordered a bowl of broccoli beef on veggies to go. When I got home I quickly realized there wasnt any actual beef in there at all. It was very disappointing to find the bowl crammed with only veggies. I took it out of the bowl to take a photo. My other 4 to go orders camp out great though, as I saw everyone enjoying their meals, with all that protein on top..

I was the second car in a long hiatus in the drive through. Woman began taking my order. Everything was coming up wrong on the screen but I didnt say anything. She asked if there was anything else so I ordered a drink. She became quiet for no reason and I sat there for 10 minutes. The screen said order canceled. I ended up leaving after wasting about 18 minutes in the drive through and didnt get any food ordered

This place has really turned itself around. To my understanding, they are currently under new management and have a mostly new, better-trained staff. The service is faster, the food is better, and the wait times are shorter. They have really raised the bar here, and Im excited to watch this store improve even more over the next few months. One of my favorite places to eat, now.

This is the last time Ill eat at this place!!! By far the slowest drive thru ever!!! Im still in line with one person ahead of me for the last 15 minutes. And it doesnt get much faster inside so you might as well go to one of the local places.

There was no food in over half the bowls being served. It sure didnt look like any being made in the back. Simple solution- went to Seoul Garden for awesome cuisine. First and last time. Do the owners/managers even care?

Worst 1 we ever been to. They just opened a half hour ago- ordered mushroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp, they said none of it is ready and itll be an hour. Wtf. How about you just not open till 12 then. Idiots

I only called and they were rude. And hung up on me. I was asking if they have bubble tea, and instead of answering yes or no they just hung up. How great of customer service:) just hang up on people.

Yes, the drive-thru is AWFUL!!! Every time I come here, I have to count on at least an extra 15-20 minutes. Theres nothing "Express" about it. All the food is already made, so what gives?!?!
