poor customer service, the owners wife Jessica got really nasty with me on the phone because they messed up my order and I wanted it corrected. I will never go back there and spend $1 of my money in a place where I am treated that way she didnt even try to correct their mistake, just got really nasty and rude with me and actually hung up the phone in my face, I never had this kind of customer service and I will not recommend anyone reading this to eat there either. the food is not that great either, Ive had better. but that part wasnt even a factor once Jessica treated me that way and I was overcharged. this is 1 horrible place in battle creek.

Food is pretty good, service quality depends greatly on who you get. Not very good about vegetarian options. Wont allow substitutions for meat without a charge, and will sometimes include meat by mistake then say you have to wait until everyone who came in after you gets served before they will remake it.

Family oriented establishment that caters to the senior church crowd. All around good food. Pretty annoying though they charge a 3% fee even for debit cards. I have yet been to a place to include mom and pop places throughout the USA that does this. Kind of hinky. But I would go back again then.

Used to think of this place as a 5 star until they started charging a 3.5% fee if you use a credit or debit card. I used to eat here frequently because the comfort food is good and it was close to home - now Id rather go take my business elsewhere.

The waitresses at Coney Island are great and the food is exactly what you would expect. The Coffee is great. The atmosphere is clean and inviteing. If youre looking for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner this is a place for you.
