We have had too many problems with this place and today was no different. My food came to me cold and the soda was warm. When I questioned the delivery guy as to why the soda was warm he tried to tell me he didnt know. Um, yes he did, and I told him what he was saying didnt sit well with me sense I already knew he knows the story on that. That he was not being truthful with me. Then I paid him gave him a tip. BAD MISTAKE! I went to go get my food sense hubby wasnt home for me to get his for him. I felt it and the food was cold. I immediately called and spoke to some jackass claiming to be the manager. He argued with me saying that the food was not cold and that he didnt understand why Im complaining. He said that he would give me a $2.00 discount. I pretty much told the manager to shove it up his ass. He started to tell me that it was my problem that the food was cold sense he had warm food delivered to me. While I was eating, I found hair in it. It wasnt mine sense I have long hair. I just talked to hubby about it, and he agreed with me that we will NOT order from there again! RUN like you are on a race for your life! RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

My daughter and I order delivery quite often and decided to to so tonight. After asking for a complete description of a dish, our order was placed. When we sat down to eat, we could see there was no resemblance to the description given. I called and talked to the manager and requested that the dish be replaced with something that we know.He said no and that he would have to throw the food away if it was returned. Finally he offered for me to return the food, with no refund, and then buy another dish with a $3 discount. Wait, theres more. The man showed up at my door to tell me he had sent the right food and so should pay for it. Further more, he didnt bring any replacement; I would need to follow him to his shop

Staple found in food. Toward the bottom of container after i had already eaten SEVERAL bites. When called to advise was pretty much told we were lying. "No way that could happen. Staples only used on outside of bag"... no doubt. Thats what WE want to know...Asked how that could happen when box is closed when placed in bag THEN the bag is stapled!! Then the owner calls my number back twice !! Once after being told NOT to call this number AGAIN... we will be filing a complaint and requesting that restaurant be inspected...for the safety of ALL!! PLEASE note. Why talking to the owner during the 2nd call TO MY PHONE...found a hair!!! How disgusting.... will make sure anyone we know doesnt eat there...EVER AGAIN!!

Terrible service n very poor owner/management..no customer service whats so ever..ive ordered delivery off n on for about 5 months.finally my order is incorrect..we order the same dishes the same way everytime..beyond incorrect.the cook lied to management about it . supposedly the manager brought me a corrected item ..and stated a future replacement of that item at another time.its been a few weeks and I finally decide to try them again.there was no credit on my file.the manager/owner of this establishment argued with me that I was credited already with them bringing me out the corrected item prior. But hey he did offer to send me out TWO FREE DRINKS..no thanks take all my business elsewhere

When i first moved here I used to go get their Jumbo Wings Lemon Pepper all of the time. I used to spend a lot of money at this place but they have no respect for the customer. I remember one time my wings had a bunch of feathers on them. I made a complaint and they said that they would fix the problem . They didnt! I gave them chance after chance to correct the problem and they never did. The last time i made a complaint about the Furry wings, they burnt them. I guess that they thought that they were going to burn the feathers off? They didnt! I know one thing if i was running a business i would listen to my customers and if i was the health department i would shut them down immediately!

Dont order online from their menu because they will never get it. I called and they gave me the link to the menu but didnt mention that I couldnt actually order online as it shows. Then when I called in and asked about it, they tell me. Now, I have to wait another 45 minutes for my food. I sure hope the food is good after waiting all this time. The food was ok after I cleaned up the mess in the bag. The sweet & sour sauce and another sauce (Not sure what is was) were stacked on each other and they were so hot they melted through the lid and had got on many items. Would not suggest the streamed vegetables because everything in the container tastes the same, no individual flavors.

Im sorry but the Truth is Light, this place is Horrible. Often the rice is crunchy or old. I ordered $20 of food before travel on Friday Night, it arrived and was not made to my specification. I called back Monday once back in town. The young lady whom answered the phone was pleasant, however the Dumb Ass owner said he could not refund my money buz its not the day I ordered. Well they then tried to argue they always make orders as requested. WOW THIS IS SOME B···S··· customer service. Im a manager at a fast food restaurant in the same neighborhood, they will never have to worry about my funds being spent here again, Buyers Beware!

A friend recommended this place for delivery. It was awesome. Usually you pay a fortune for not much food so I ordered like 4 meals , soup, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon . It was only 40 dollars and I dont know What I am going to do with all this food. My family of 3 will be eating this for days. They said delivery would be 45 minutes it was here in 20. Hot, taste great, affordable, the only complaint I could give is wish they would of put a to go menu in there so I could have that handy and see everything they have. I will be ordering again in future.

This is a review for their chicken wings. Absolutely delicious. Their buffalo wild sauce on bone in wings with fried rice is the best combination. I prefer their buffalo wings over wing stop, hooters, and BWW (there have been a few times the wings were small or a little over cooked but majority of the time they are perfect). Now, I have tried the Orange chicken and hot and sour soup ... neither is that good. Thats really all I can say about their other food though because thats all I tried I only get buffalo wings from there now.

I dont understand all the negative reviews this place has. You get HUGE portions of food for cheap prices. Dining in is relaxed and no frills. Perfect little hole in the wall place. Their meat is super tender, the broccoli is crunchy and not soggy, and the noodles are some of the best Ive had. My boyfriend got the orange chicken and it was great as well. Huge pieces of real chicken with an amazing glaze. The guy taking our order was friendly and the workers seemed nice as well. Definitely making this our regular spot.
