That moment when you can hardly wait for your food to arrive, because it was so good last time. Iit arrives and so disappointing. Sometimes the food (pizza, hot subs, pasta) is so good and other times its not good at all. Its just way too inconsistent! Today, I ordered ziti with meat sauce: I was about to call and tell them they made a mistake on the order, and then I saw a little bit a meat, I poked around and saw a little more. You shouldnt have to search for the meat in meat sauce, It should be very visable. There was also way too much sauce on the pasta. I give a rating of 3, because it is so inconsistent. And I agree with previous comments, they always tell you 45 minutes, but then they would get here super fast. Now, you wait at least the 45 minutes.

This place is a complete waste of time & money!! I ordered boneless chicken wings a cheeseburger sub & diet Pepsi. A hr latet driver dropped off my food I received hot wings ( BONE. in ) a cheese steak sub & diet pepsi! When , I called their response was...." we r out of boneless wings , and we will give u a credit for sub" cheese steak was all breard, smothered in mayo ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My dog enjoyed it. Wings went in garbage. I DO NOT eat bone in wings. Thanks La Ortolana for wasting my 20bucks! NEVER AGAIN! I understand why everyone around here calls Legends!

Ive never really had a bad meal from La Ortolana. They have another location in Camden directly behind my place of employment so I sometimes end up eating their food at work and home in the same week. Im from Maine and the pizza here differs from that at home and this is the best Ive found. Prices are great-food always served quick. My favorite pizza joint around!

We ordered a deluxe pizza with extra cheese and well done tonight (6/5/15) $18.75. It was just terrible. No olives and no extra cheese let alone any cheese. The crust was wet and could not hold the toppings. They slid off and it was a sloppy mess So disappointed and $18.75 plus tip is not a small amount of change. Stay away from this place.

First time we ordered from La Ortolana, the food was amazing. Since then it has been disappointing experience after disappointing experience. Today, half my order was cold (cold fries, yuck) and the othe half, stromboli was burnt on the bottom. Last time I patronize or recommend La Ortolana.

Used to love their food and service. Now its really really bad! I placed an order for delivery, and it took an hour and a half, next time I ordered I never received my food. Quality of food has been getting worse each time I eat there. Im done with La Ortolana
