Me n my family went here (4 of us). It took a good while before we could order. There was a line so I thought it was understandable. We ordered. A girl was taking our order, but then a guy finished. He let us know that one of the items we ordered was an extra dollar n 25cents, but she didnt. I ordered a big cup doe myself because I love sweet tea. Well it was eempy. I let them know. They said it would take 3 minutes, well 15 minutes later I reminded them to add sugar..... they added sugar and it was still nasty. Wasted money. We paid over 40$ for us 4. (4)- two entree plates and 4 drinks.....tasted alright, but the place setup needs to be reconfigured......

The WORST panda express I have been to, bar none. They do not fill the food containers like most of the other locations, the food has been cold, under-cooked, sitting too long, and/or improperly crafted. The teriyaki sauce it the consistency of jam, it has sat so long! The rangoons are burned. I formally and non-emotionally offered a complaint about the quality of everything and the representatives remarks were rather rude. I know its chinese-american fast food, but I really enjoy eating at most Pandas because their food is portioned well and is tasty to me.This location couldnt suck worse though. Sorry, Its really that bad.

The extreme slow service and lack of efficiency reflects poor management. Im not the one to write a review, but its the slowest fast food you will ever experience. Been there a hand full of times, never again. Save yourself the wait and drive to multiple restaurants for each of your family members no matter where in town as it would be faster than this Panda. They are consistently slow. Walking in or going through the drive thru is like traveling through a time machine, once you get your food... the outside world has moved on and its a new world that you cant recognize. "Great Scott!"

NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. My husband bought me a plate yesterday, and after I ate it, my tummy was on the roll and not to mention, I had a terrible allergic reaction because hives took up all over my body. Food poisoning is what it is. Its pretty much, expensive garbage that will mess you up! Stay away, dont do it people.. if this means anything, Im Asian my darn self, and I cant fathom my experience and the trouble Ive been through with this place. DEFINITELY MY FIRST AND MY LAST TIME!!

The food and customer service is great when you walk in, however apparently (if you are using the drive thru) you can wait 25 minutes at the window without being greeted about your order. For a fast food restaurant, that is pretty lousy. Considering i really do enjoy the food even if the food is a little bit more expensive than your typical fast food restaurant.

Went there on a Tuesday at about 7:45pm, waited around 15-20 minutes just to place the order and when I got to the speaker, they only had 4 things available on their menu. Did not apologize and ended my order early without seeing if I needed anything else. Service always seems to be on the downside, not impressed by this

Normally I love this panda HOWEVER I ordered online with the time to pick up at 515 KNOWING I would be later then that. So I can grab my food and gom... and what do they do? Not freaking have my food ready so I have to wait! I ordered with a time for a freaking reason!

They always forget something out of your order. I get grilled Asian chicken and get it with no sauce, get two item entree and receive one. Their response, if u come all the way back up here Ill give u sauce and your other entree to go with your now cold food.

The food is good but they take an hour when it comes to drive thru and certain menu items are only available when they feel like it and they tend to forget items you ordered. The employees are pretty nice when it comes to interacting with them.

So far Ive been to a few Pandas & theyre pretty good. I have a few favs I always get, but I love that theyre always trying new menu choices. The best deal is to save the receipt, do the online survey & go back for an extra entree for free.

Normally panda express is fast and the food is great!! The 5 stars is ONLY for the food....i waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for 1 2entree plate. Not happy about that. The food was great though, Lol. The wait just sucked!!

The orange chicken and fried rice was good. The tea in the sweet tea container was not sweet tea. Still waiting on my chicken egg roll that I was promised half an hour ago... probably wont return to this particular restaurant.

I love their fresh food! It would seem that they NEVER have the teriyaki chicken ready and available. They see that we customers love it! Oh well, if you dont mind waiting, this is a great place otherwise.
