I was having a hard time with the app and my first order was less food than I anticipated, but when I messed up my order on the accompanying app - it doesnt have descriptions of whats in each meal, the physical menus do however - they called me back and offered me a refund and I paid the delivery fee and received the order I actually wanted! Great service even in the face of my annoyance with myself.

I just ordered from this place today I had a long hair in my sweet & sour sauce when I called to complain they were rude, uncompassionate offered to bring me more sauce & to take $2 off my next order why would I reorder with them never going back here I plan on calling the BBB on Monday hopefully they get shut down one day do not order from this restaurant ever again!!!!!

I order chicken fried rice and all I got was yellow rice a few pieces of chicken and so much onion you could smell it before I even opened the box I couldnt even finish because of how many onions where in it the rice and chicken were flavorless Horrible in my opinion. If I could give no stars I would!!!

Shocked by the low quality. We had delivery to hotel and didnt finish a single item delivered. The fried food was mushy. The rice was flavorless and not a color youd be expecting. All in all I would say, go in to see what you are ordering. Because you may be shocked and left hungry like we were.

Food is delivered quick. That is something I like. Also the food is affordable another plus. If you know how to pick what you want on the menu then you can get a really good deal like the chicken with mixed vegetables or beef with mixed vegetables. The sea food is also not bad

The food is delicious. I like their Crab Rangoons. It has a balanced sweetness. General Tsos chicken and Singapore Mei Fun are my favorite dishes. I often order for delivery, they always deliver within delivery time. I would say one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Wichita

This is my very first review. I never do this but I was shocked by how rude these people were. They just hung up on me 3 times when I was trying to cancel an order. Dont give these rude assholes your buisness and your hard earned money. Id give them zero stars if I could.

We get food from New China King about once a month, we love the simple online ordering process, delivery is usually within 20 - 25 minutes and the food is always good. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend New China King to anyone.
