I have never been so appalled by how rude the staff is. I ordered an item and somehow I may not have "worded" it perfectly the second time they repeated it to me because I always order the same thing from them and they have your adress and information stored which ia amazing because they remember each customer. I was busy multitasking and when it was repeated back to me I truly felt they understood what I ordered, it turns out i was wrong and ahould have stated it 20 times to make sure they were on the same page with me. It makes me really sad, because I love this place but after the owner argued with me and yelled at me how I was trying reverse psychiatric and the customer is mot always right and I was wrong and he was very mad and upset with me for questioning him and telling him we miscommunicated and the order was wrong I felt completely disrespected and wont ever give them my business. I told him how I couldnt believe he was acting this way towards me and that I wont use them again and he thanked me as if my opinion was irrelevant and he doesnt care if I ever use them again. What horrible customer service!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT OWNER AND HIS POOR CHARACTER!

I got delivery from this place and was not only disappointed with the service I received over the phone, but the food as well. When it arrived, the delivery person did not have a pen so I had to hunt through my house to find one (we just moved in). The food came in a plastic grocery bag and the styrofoam boxes were not wrapped with plastic, so sauce had leaked out and made a huge mess. I orderd chicken broccoli, which is what I get nearly every time I eat Chinese food. I specifically asked over the phone if it was chicken breast and was told that it was. Well, it was dark meat, about half the size of a normal Chinese delivery portion (half a styrofoam box, rather than a full one), and had a sweet brown sauce instead of the clear sauce that normally comes on that dish. The fried rice was dry. For two entrees, fried rice and the delivery fee, it was $20, which is about average, but the portions were much smaller than normal. I usually eat a Chinese delivery entree for a couple of meals. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Where shall I begin. Lets see, what day of the week is it? That will determine if they will deliver to you or not. Or what excuse you may get as to why they cant hear you, understand you or once again not deliver to you, but the lady answering the phone understood me well enough to take my credit card number. Ran my card, then called back and said "we dont deliver that far today" The food is ok, not the worst, but definitely not the best. I would search hard for another restaurant before ordering from this place. I could understand continuing to order from a place if the customer service was up to par, but no such luck. Keep searching!!

Hated it, I will never order from here ever. I tried to order a combo plate and the man told me 21$ I told my husband he said no, call back and cancel so I did. And he got very ugly with me "cancel? Why?" I said because that Is very expensive. Well he couldnt understand the word expensive so I said too much he then replied no very cheap. I said compared to everywhere else no. He then said then go buy some cheap food I replied I will. Then he proceeded to tell me to never call them again, lose their number dont call this number ever again all whilst cutting me off every chance I tried to speak. Never have I dealt with someone so rude.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT! Very happy and excited to have this chinese delivery. Service excellent and food delicious with large portions. Recently moved into a neighborhood with a chinese delivery about 1 mile away. They have always been rude, hard to understand due to rushing and food awful. Just received flyer from China Express. Wasnt sure if we are truly in their delivery range to find out we are. We ordered and the person taking the order was very calm, polite and helpful. Food arrived sooner than expected and was fresh, hot and absolutely fabulous. Delivery person just as nice and polite. Plan to use them regularly!

The food is great service sucks. I ordered my food at 5:02pm for delivery. (I live so close you can see my place) from the resturant. I called back several times to check the status as I was told it would take 30-45 mins. Finally I just went to pick up the food myself. As I was leaving at 7:10 the driver callas an says Im at your door in which I replied Im at your store picking it up. Had I not payed for it up front I would have cancelled it. I was told next time you order it wont be delayed. Youre absolutely right, it wont be delayed because there will be NO next time.

I have been ordering from China Express a couple times a month for over 5 years. I thought it would be right to put an excellent review out their for them. There food is always consistent and hot. The delivery is 90% within an hour and I have found their food to be the best of the few Chinese delivery places in Keller. Though they are a little tough to communicate with at times, I feel it is well worth any issues. Great Job China Express!

Like a few other reviews Ive seen it did take a little longer to deliver than they said. I believe I was told it would be 20-25 minutes and then actually took about 40. For a busy Saturday night that really isnt bad at all. It was worth the wait though! Ive lived in Texas for four years now and this is the best Chinese takeout that Ive had since moving here. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon!

Ive gotten take-out once and delivery once. Both times, the food was fast and good. These people are so nice and give great service. They are happy to make substitutions and special requests. The prices are great too. $5.99 buys a huge "lunch" entree, 2 scoops of fried rice, wonton soup, and an eggroll. They have a good website with the full menu listed.

From looking through, back to the kitchen, this is true Chinese food. I know it is American version but these people have been cooking this food their whole lives. They deliver with no added charge. The food is solid and is the best Chinese in the area.

Food is always great, genuine chinese food. Service is always good and the delivery people are always very nice and polite. This is our primary place for chinese food because they deliver in our area. Have tried others places but they dont match up.

Go in... smells like someones nasty house like mouth or something... doesnt even smell like food.... place is dirty the kitchen is disgusting... workers ignore you when you go in there! was so disgusted decided not to eat here... ran out!

Yummy in my tummy, this place has great food! They deliver within five miles to your home. Large portions, had the rest for lunch the next day. The only draw back was they put to many white onions in the pork fried rice.
