Omg I dont even know where to start... this place is absolutely disgusting... the only good thing ever was the delivery driver... well one day I was shopping at menards and decided "hey Ill pick up dinner tonight", I walk in and OMFG, they messed up my order so I decided to wait. black guy walks front the back with his pants half way down and his butt Crack showing, I tried so hard to stay quiet and poliet, UNTILL.... the black girl on the Registry taking orders on the phone BLUNTLY digs the end of a key in her ear, Im thinking OMFG DID SHE FORGET PEOPLE ARE HERE, thats not the worst part, she then goes on rolling it (it guess her disgusting ear wax) into a ball between her pointer finger and the tip of the key... wow just wow... then shes touching the screen of coursing entering someones order... now another man comes and touches the screen, and woah NOW ITS ON SOMEONES PIZZA BECAUSE THEN HE WENT ON ROLLING DOUGH... iam omg, I can even write all the crap I seen in one letter... this place was absolutely disgusting.. well that same retarded female grabs my pizza off the heater, opens it and brings it to me "is this good?". thats when I snapped... UMM NO ITS NOT, AS A MATTER A FACT KEEP IT AND YOU EAT IT, IMA NEED MY MONEY BACK.. YOU GOT DUDE IN THE BACK WALKING AROUND BUTT CRACK HANGING OUT MAKING PIZZA, THEN WE HAVE YOU HEAR DIGGING IN YOUR DISGUSTING EARS WITH MORE THEN LIKELY EMPLOYEE KEYS, I DONT WANT THE FOOD AND REALLY IM NOT EVEN SURE IF I WANNA EXCEPT MONEY OUT OF YOUR HAND" she then goes on calling me racist for picking on her and the other black guy... I start laughing histercally, I 100% latina, just look white.. the funny thing is when the delivery driver walks in from delivering (hes also a black guy) he goes "ohh hey you how are you, you decided to pick up this time) me and my husband really like this guy hes always so sweet and we always tip him 5 to 7 bucks.. I go "sorry I cant talk yo you, Im racist according to your employee I wouldnt wanna prove her wrong" then he starts laughing, he goes "everyone here hates her, we all want her gone, you should see the inside of her house".. I tell him exactly what happened and he say "yes everyone knows management wont do a thing, they rather keep lowlife employees then pay someone what this job its actually worth" lets just say, if you want pizza GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... this place is disgusting...

I stopped back in to Toppers last night on October 13, 2012. I ordered a Taco Pizza & a Toppers Classic. I had the same problem with the Sauce containers as last week. The Manager personally stated that they were filled to the top unlike last week. After getting home & found them with only 1/2 tsp. filled again which shows that the Manager lied. I am going to start going back to Happy Joes Pizza for Taco Pizza. At least Happy Joes fills their sauce cups up to the top. Attached is a picture of how I received the containers from Toppers. This Toppers Location is really starting to suck. I called to order 2 Pizzas from them Tonight, March 04, 2014, & I was on Hold for over 3 Minutes & 50 Seconds. Nobody answered the Phone. I called back 2 more Times & it just rang & rang. Again nobody answered the Phone. Forget it, I am going to start ordering from Pizza Hut or Mr. Ds Pizza again. This is BS with Toppers service lately.

Answered the phone was not trained in customer service was unpleasant placed oder for topper stix went in to pick them up same girl did not greet us looked at us and going to wash my hands and walked away every time I ordered the taco pizza all the sauces that toppers offers are never put in the containers done with this toppers I have been going to Marcos for some time now all the employees are very customer oriented and havent one messed up our order not training and retraining ur employees about the "customer experience" will put u out of business. Thought I would give toppers another try last night and they said they dont deliver this far? They always delivered to my house I live 1 mile away! I hope corporate is proud of this location bs service unprofessional ppl they will not be getting a dime from me anymore I dont see this place open for much longer. Wondering if corporate knows what goes on here

Absolutely horrible customer service! I called to inquire about deals for a house pizza and triple order of topper sticks. Instead of answering my question, he asked for my info and told me I called the wrong location. I said "ok, but do all locations have the same deals?" He said "yes". I said "Oookk. Can you tell me what the deals are?" He said, "we have a deal but its carryout only." I said "well can you tell me what deals you have for delivery?". He hung up on me. Very unprofessional!

They took forever to deliver my food and all I ordered was a pizza and a soda which ordered an hour and a half ago. I was suppost to pay $23, I gave the delivery guy $40 and he didnt give me back my complete change because "he didnt have enough". He had a full roll of change in his pocket that he counted after he got back into his car. Dont place a delivery order from this place unless you want to get skimped out of your money!

Been ordering from this Toppers for about two years now. The delivery estimate is about 40 minutes after placing an order, and the past few pizzas have arrived consistently over 20 minutes late. My last two orders have had the dipping sauce missing from the pizza, not the topperstix. The food is fine, but usually a little cold and the disappointment has been increasing each time.

Literally just called and the woman who picked up the phone was VERY rude. I asked her what kind of pizza deal they have and she asked if it was pick up or delievery. I said i dont know yet and if i could hesr the deals again. She then replied very rudely YOU KNOW WHAT just whatever nevermind and began rudely explaining the deal and i hung up. Dont have time for foolishness.

The girl Cassandra last two times I was in there very rude then I decide to order delivery and MY HOUSE IS LESS THEN A MILE AWAY they wouldnt deliver and they have delivered here quite a few times before just lost my business and its sad considering corporate is based in whitwater wi never again if one of my employees acted like this they wouldnt have a job

Ordered my pizza at 1:27AM, it is now 2:44am and still have not seen it. They are closing soon so theres a chance I may not even get my pizza. The estimated time for delivery was 2:20am.
