So I understand that coming in during closing hours is a little rude but there are some staff here that just make my skin crawl. Me and my friends were asked if we wanted to go somewhere else to eat on several occasions, which is bad for business, we were asked if we wanted to cancel everything so that we could leave when the staff realized that the shake machine was off, which was 10 mins before close. They made it very clear that they didnt want us there, and finally, yes they messed up my order. A doctor pepper. 20 seconds later Sprite

Waited 6 minutes to have my order taken even though there was no line. 5 minutes later I got my food only to discover it had not been rung up correctly, and they didnt even give me what they had rung up. 4 minutes later I just gave up on getting the items I wanted (not even a customized order, just trying to get the straight menu items that I had ordered originally) and just settled for what I had in hand, which was mediocre even for Burger King. There was no management presence. I would only recommend getting pie here.

My last visit (June 27, 2016) was terrible. I stood in line for 20 minutes, the cashier kept visiting with a co-worker even when I stepped up to order. The staff was behind on the orders and they constantly argued with each other as they scrambled around to make the food. When I finally got my food it was cold. The only way Ill go back is if it becomes a McDonalds.

Food was horrendous. Damn burger tasted like propane.what was more sad was the workers. The classic combination of lazy ass workers who dont deserve to get a check and workers who have real ethic and know how to hustle, where theyre always picking up the slack from the lazy workers.

All I wanted was a Fruit Loop Milk Shake!!!! They said the milk shake machine was down because they cleaned it. The nice guy on the register said they cleaned it because they close at 10:35pm, it was 8:15pm. IM PISSED!!!!
