I ordered a spicy chicken with no pickles and when we told an employee he quickly told his manager, but the manager simply told him since I already took a bit there isnt much he can do. I really hate the taste of pickles and they messed up my order. I payed for it with my hard earned money and the so called manager quickly dismissed my honest claim. Last time I bring my family here. They act all nice, but in reality when comes down to doing the right thing they completely let me down.

I am a big fan of Chick-fil-a! They typically have quick and excellent service! I believe this branch is still attempting to develop that level of service. I spent 18 minutes in line at the drive thru. This is unheard of at other local branches. They did immediately rectify the inconvenience by offering promotional cards for a free sandwich for the long wait. I imagine they are on their way to being just as awesome as other local branches soon.

My family and I love Chick-fil-A so when this branch opened up we thought it would be more convenient than Tenth or Shary; we were wrong. Weve gone three different times and each time we get cartilage instead of the juicy moist chicken breast we all know and love. The management team shouldve resolved their prep issues before rushing to open. Sorry to say our business is going back to the owners of Tenth and Shary.

I love chikfila to death. This manager javier answered the phone, I told them they gave me the wrong order he said "Im sorry I will let my team know to be more careful next time" Javier, you dont carry the chikfila spirit, you shouldnt have fallen asleep during chikfila employee training camp. Im coming back tomorrow looking for you and I hope you give me a better answer.

LOVE the new Chick Fil A!!!! They go around to your table to make sure you are good on your drink (or ask if you need more!). I totally love the genuine smiles! I would recommend a greeter at the door VS screaming welcome to chick fil a every time someone enters the restaurant ----- its just more ......more......personal and professional (and less rancho).

Chik-fil-A never dissappoints. Excellent service. Ip oicked the wrong place to sit, as there was a loud man giving chess lessons about 4 seats behind me. That was annoying. Warning: Hell be at Jack in the box tomorrow.

This chik fil a is not as fast as the other nearby locations. Most of the cashiers take long to even put the drinks on the cup holders. The customer service is not on par with other chikfila locations.
