We came in at 9:29pm last night and was greeted with a head shake of pure disappointment and evil looks from the line cooks (mainly the light skinned one) I mean he was upset before we even got out the car. The cashier spoke but never smiled. We ordered our food & dude placed it on the counter & hurried to walk away. I really wanted another side of Cajun seasoning but i mean its whatever. I drove all the way from Stockbridge to Camp Creek to have my aunt taste what use to be my favorite burger & unfortunately she didnt have a good experience. Needless to say we wont be visiting this location again if I wanted bad service I could have went to McDonalds & paid half the price of what I paid at five guys. Dont let my review deter you from going though because the Caucasian lady that came 10 mins after me was greeted with ALL smiles and oh yeah they even sparked casual conversation with her (oh how nice) Anyway, remember consistency is key and customer service is everything. Not the kind of experience I usually have and have come to expect from Five Guys. I ordered 3 BLTs and 1 fries. Food was OK, but server just threw the crudely wrapped food and cup of fries into the bag which resulted in a VERY visibly greasy bag . This is not the usual representation from Five Guys. Order #91 on 4.2.17. Is retraining in customer service in order or training on packaging food for customer presentation in order? Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback. Hopefully, this will help to improve service and keep us all coming back to you.

The individual that placed our food on the counter seemed very unpleasant. We placed an order for dine in and once the food was prepared it was placed in a paper bag and placed on the counter for pick up. We were unaware the ALL orders were put in paper bags . . . according to the person who placed it there. When we told him it was dine in he had a VERY nasty attitude and made a sarcastic comment under his breadth. I dont plan to return nor would I recommend this location!!!

I love Five Guys, but for some reason, this one just cant seem to get it together. There is an issue every time I have come to this location. Today, I had to return two times due to my order being incorrect. The first time, I caught it right after walking outside and the second time, I had made it all the way home...20 minibuses away. My food was replaced and I was given an apology, but a refund or a something for being inconvenienced multiple times would have been appropriate.

This restaurant gave me Salmonella Poisoning!!! I ate here on November 14,2014 just a little before lunch time. I have never been so sick in my life people please do your research this place has many other cases also. They are not clean and will serve you a raw beef burger. Had to go to Hospital to be treated. I will never eat here or any other FIVE GUYS!!!!!!!

This. Place. Is. Amazing. Some of the best burgers Ive ever had. My favorite thing to get is the double bacon cheese burger with BBQ sauce and 1 extra cheese. The fries are a bit too pricey and they are very decent at best, but other than that the food is great.

Five Guys has always been my favorite place! I recommend if you want water, get it bottled. Theyre soda fountain water has a state mix of the lemonade on top. Normally will get immediately crowded on weekends and afternoon, so fair warning.

Best burger Ive had in years. I got a little bacon burger with free toppings! It was delicious! The staff was very nice and smiling, having a good time making customers happy. I will definitely return.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They got our order wrong twice. When we pointed out there was no bacon on our burger, they gave us cold bacon. They never once apologized.
