Overpriced and over-hyped! Only the second time Ive ever eaten at one of these places and was shocked at the prices. A "little" cheeseburger (1/4 pound) is over $5.00 and thats without any fries or drink. Add small fries and a regular drink and it came out to over $12 for one person. I would be willing to pay that if it was a spectacular burger, but it wasnt. It was just average to me. The fries were quite good but not worth $3.50 for a small. Every meal comes in a paper sack even though there is plenty of inside seating. After my fries sat in the sack awhile, it was soaked with grease (see photo). Yuck! Needless to say, I wont be eating at one of these burger places again.

Do yourself a favor and go up the highway to the location in Moore. I have never had an order messed up at five guys until I came to this one and it has happened multiple times at this location. They are also EXTREMELY stingy with fries. I can get more fries at Wendys for a dollar. For the prices they charge for fries I expect more than an almost-full cup. Every other location I have been to has always been fine, just this location. TL;DR Skip the Norman location and drive up to 19th St in Moore.

I usually love Five Guys, but after going today I am not so sure. We waited for our burgers for 30 minutes before realizing our order was forgotten. After reordering we waited another 20 minutes to get our burgers in which they just forgot to call the name. Once receiving my burger around the only thing they got right about my order was the mayonnaise. We received no coupons for our inconvenience nor did we receive money back. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

This place has the best fries of any restaurant ever. Their burgers arent bad, but I wouldnt say they are particularly special either. There is no extra charge for toppings, so get everything you want. Everything is gluten free except the buns, and they have bowl or lettuce wrap options for the burgers.

I used to come here quite a bit but this place has gone down hill. At 215pm 90% of the tables were disgusting, dirty, just gross. They give you a dixie cup now if you want water and then in both machines the water doesnt work. I expect more for a 8 dollar fast food burger.

Five Guys knows burgers & fries. They also have a super friendly & accommodating staff. Store is clean & well kept. This location is no different. My main issue lies with the prices. $15 is a lot to shell out for burger, fries & a drink.

You call that a burger? There should never be more mayo than the burger, also never serve cold fries. Some how i got a double when i asked for a "cheeseburger". Never in my life asked for a double. Not sure how the cashier got that.

Five Guys is one of our favorite "quick style" burger restaurants. I love that they have so many toppings to choose from, and the burgers are always fresh. The french fries are also delicious! I definitely recommend stopping here.

Good pretty good. Really 3.5 stars. Order at counter but damn expensive. $49 for 4 people to get burgers, 3 sodas & a LG fries. They only cook burgers well done. That is a tragedy. Great fries. Also - no ranch dressing.

Five guys has some of the best hamburgers but the prices are VERY high. A burger, fries, and drink will probably cost you close to $15. I would come here more if they could make their prices more reasonable.
