Christmas Eve 2015 hours were posted on their door, indicating they would be closing at 6:00 pm. At 5:50 pm, one of their management employees pulled their personal vehicle I front of me and another customer, blocking the drive through lane. I went to go into the restaurant and found that the doors were locked (with customers still inside - a violation of law) at 5:51 pm. This is inexcusable and extremely poor customer service.

When you go through drive through and you assume your order is correct and its not that gets real irritating. Also my sprite was nothing but carbonated water. My burger was missing jalapenos as requested. And my friends tea tasted unsweet and didnt taste like sweet tea. I tried going online to complete a survey and you cant the receipt isnt formatted same way as what is requested online to be able to complete a survey.

It was amazing hot and fresh food first time actually, I was looking for a place. It was my first time in Texas employee by the name "Jaleel" was so nice and kind and also the cashier forgot her name she was elder white lady very nice wont forget this place never been somewhere were I didnt have a rude cashier or waitress not one problem here thank you

Great customer service. Food is always good. I am always greeted as I walk in and when I leave. Employees always make sure I am satisfied with ketchup or the amazing spicy ketchup. I love whataburger

I go there at least once per week. Paleo? They put my meat patties on a tray, extra lettuce and tomatoes. Decaf? They always have fresh coffee. The staff is GREAT. Karen is great, always smiling.
