This Pizza Hut went above and beyond to ensure my extremely low expectations were satisfied. From the inconvenienced and abrupt customer service representative that took my order to the hour long wait for my dinner box, my dismal Pizza Hut experience was exactly what I should have expected. This "restaurant" is an appalling 5 minutes from my home, meaning the cook time for my overwhelming dinner box consisting of two pizzas, an order of wings, and an order of bread sticks took somewhere around 45 minutes to cook (allowing for 10 minutes of miscellaneous time). One would expect that this would mean my pizza would show up excruciatingly hot but, much to my satisfaction, it showed up just barely freezing. Was the roof of my mouth relieved or what?!!? It is understandable, though, because Im sure the dinner rush at 6:45 PM on a Wednesday night is one that would test even the most formidable of food service experts. Well, if youre reading this far, youd probably like to know whether or not I would recommend this Pizza Hut to you for your meal. If your thing is getting poor service and a horrible product for what youre paying, then PLEASE order from this Pizza Hut. Youll only be as disappointed as you expect to be.

My husband called an order in for delivery and we were given an estimated time if 8pm to be delivered. My husband then receives a call at 8:10 from the location informing us they do not deliver to our area. We proceed to the pizza hut location to pick up our delivery order & I call the customer service line to explain the situation & she was very apologetic & offered to called the location to speak to the manager Trey to find out why it wasnt delivered. I then proceed to go into the location to pick up my order and I ask for the manager, Trey who when I explain the situation to him, we received no apology for the mishap except he tried to explain & show us a map of their delivery routes. Sorry that doesnt pertain to or justify my problem at that moment. He then proceeded to give us a GRAND gesture of removing the delivery charge off our bill! I would hope so, since you didnt provide that service, plus an additional whopping $5 off! Trey has no business having a label of manager or let alone being in any customer service environment.

I placed an order online on a Friday night.. per the pizza hut website my order was to be ready within 50 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before my ETA and saw a very messy facility with a long carry out line. When I finally got to the window they told me itd be another 10 minutes. I said okay and patiently waited with the others. Come to find out their manager had walked off and another crew member left as well and the rest of them had NO organization or clue how to take care of customers, their orders, or the restaurant. People that were dining in had to wait over 30 minutes after eating just to pay!!! Then when I finally get back up to the window after having waited for TWO HOURS.. the guy says "maam, if you take the survey on the back of your receipt you might get something free on your next purchase." Youve got to be kidding me! Ill NEVER purchase another pizza from this pizza hut ever again! Manager or no manager this was completely ridiculous.

If I could rate no stars.... First, driver for delivery was taken to other community by his map program (not the drivers fault, I honestly believe). Two salads ($10.00) were not delivered, but paid for, pasta dish was to have five bread sticks included (it did not), chicken wings were delivered....yet no sauce...do not all wings come with some dipping sauce? I then spent some 25 minutes waiting on automated telephone system to connect me to a representative, which was only a call center...not the store from which we ordered. The automated system is the only number listed in the directory....contacting the local store manager seems not possible (in which we way have promptly resolved issue and made order whole, in reasonable time). Based upon this experience, and now I see the other comments on this venue......Pizza Hut has lost a good customer.....(this was a 48.00 order, not some 10.00 special ) Extremely not pleased and now, no longer even hungry

This place has the worse phone customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!! I was placed on hold several times before my order could be completed. Once my order was completed, I called back to add sodas and I had to speak to 2 different people before they finally placed me on hold so long that I had to hang up and call back. Once I finally got a manager on the phone, she told me that she could call the store and add to my order. She said they would give me a discount for my trouble. When she came back she didnt include any discount in the price. When I inquired about that, she stated that discount was only if they didnt have an order for me already....she also told me that my delivery time was pushed back 30 minutes because I ordered drinks!!!! Seriously?! If the delivery isnt already out, why would 2 drinks delay another 30 minutes....I asked ? To this she had no reply. Are they making the sodas I asked? No was her reply.

placed online order, they missed on 3 things: 1-late ...30mins, 2--cold food, 3-wrong pizza, also, called store location to find out why order was running late, got customer service call center, i was told that the locaton manager would call me back to let me know why order was late..that call never came..instead i got the "3". after getting the "3" , i called the store and once again got the call center, i requested a manager, I was transfered to "Dan" who said he was a district mgr helping out the customer service line on complaints, after I explained my concerns, he said they had "struck out" on this one and he offerd to either give credit for a future order (not sure if that will happen) or he could send out the correct order, he also let me know that the location avg time of deilvery was running about 1hr and a half for delivery, I took the second option,hopefully 2nd time is better :(

If I could give this Pizza Hut half a star I would. We placed our order at 5:54pm and were told they would arrive at 7:10pm. At 7:20pm My husband called to check on the order and was told the pizza wouldnt arrive till 7:40pm. We did not receive our pizza till 8:15pm. After calling the call center twice and speaking with the Customer Service Supervisor we were told they were sorry for the wait but were still going to charge us for the pizza. I will never order from Pizza Hut in Schertz again. It is a Monday August 3rd, I could understand if it was a big game day or the night before a major holiday but this is neither of those. This was completely ridiculous and poor customer service. The only positive experience in this whole charade was the delivery driver who was professional, delivered the pizza hot and said he would look into the confusion for us.

The review below was our experience over a year ago, for which I gave them two stars. After a hiatus, I gave them another try and was delighted to find out they were under different management. So far, so good! (In-store service has been better, too.) I mostly do carryout now, though, and make sure I have my oder, not someone elses, before I leave the store. ******** We ordered two pizzas online. When we got them home, we found out that one of the two was NOT what we ordered. I called the number listed and was connected to some anonymous customer service person, who said that she would contact the manager, who was supposed to call me back. Its been 45 minutes, and I havent heard anything from the local manager. What kind of restaurant doesnt let you contact the store directly?
