Took their time bringing our order out. Didnt bring the kids meal at all, had to ask them for it to go. Server was carrying plates with her fingers touching the food. She walked by us to serve a plate to another table and the onions started to fall off the plate (which could have been prevented had she been carrying it correctly) and used her finger to scoop the onions back in place. No gloves, no barrier between her fingers and the already cooked and ready to serve food. Gross!!!

Inexpensive but pleasant and clean with very helpful wait staff for our spontaneous group of 14 after church. Excellent soft corn tacos with grilled onions and cilantro and finely chopped flavorful meat with a side of very good beans while waiting. No pretentious waiters like the hourly-toity fancy restaurants but food, albeit with a very limited menu, is typically better if one wants just Reynosa style street tacos and beans in a safe environment

This restaurant and Taqueria Zarape in 107 Edinburg serve delicious taquitos, their beans are very tasty. Management and Staff are polite and welcoming. The establishment is always clean, and you get to enjoy Mexicos finest Mariachi and Charro music. For other entertainment I get to see the Soccer game on their TV. I highly recommend these two locations you will not regret it.

The worst El Zarape Ive ever been to and El Zara people is my favorite. Our combos were served nearly an hour prior to our kids corn dogs so they had to watch us eat and we had take the kids food to go. And we never got our Charlo beans which should have been the first thing

Good food, excellent customer service by the manager Eric Garcia and team members. He noticed my husband and me talking about the family pack special and he quickly offered to change our order, and he accomodated us with plates for take home. Definitely coming back soon.

We always get the bistek pirata combo with half potato and charro beans. Sometimes if Im splurging, the chocoflan is pretty decent too. Hit and miss on which of the salsas is the spicy one so I recommend checking before drenching your food.

Wow this El zarape really outshines the others, very well served tacos. The half papa is size of full. Stuffed after beans, shared half papa and 6 tacos. Highly recommend it. Friendly staff too.

Great taqueria their food taste great. Great service, and very friendly. The taqueria in Edinburg sucks. When you ask for something in specific they do the whole opposite of what you said.
