Whataburger in general regardless of where you go are not as good as they use to be. If most of you could taste Whataburger when I was a teen in the 80s youll know why they began to spring up everywhere, because they were damn good. Whataburgers of today suck in comparison to what they use to be back when I was in college. The burgers have shrunk, the meat patty has gotten smaller, they use cheaper quality beef which completely affects the overall taste. The prices are ok but you get what you pay for. Its time for Whataburger to come up with something new like a retro burger that tastes the way they use to.

They keep forgetting to put my onion rings in! I always order large onion rings instead of the regular fries and its been multiple times that theyve given me just regular fries even though its been typed in the receipt also once i was about to leave and i didnt check the bag until i was almost leaving the parking lot and they hadnt put one of the orders inside the bags (i noticed because it was a kids meal and my daughter wanted a fry (shes 18 months)) so i had to go back and tell them and the manager was like sorry it was here in the counter (she was a nice older lady) but yeah other than that foods great

My husband and I like Whataburger and we have visited many over our married life. We always compare this to others because they have set the standard. They are always clean and are fast in delivering food. They always greet you and are very friendly. We always go there and are very happy all the time.

EVERYTIME I go to this Whataburger the order received is ALWAYS wrong. I went last month and again this month but it NEVER fails. This is the last time I go here. Order 558138. I asked for #16, got #6. I asked for chicken got beef. I wanted wheat bun, got white. What is wrong with them!!!!!

Normally an OK place but today was not one if those days. Ordered two salads with no cheese, got one ready but took 15 minutes for the other one despite seeing other salad orders going out. Then, got the wrong dressings and no plastic ware to eat it with. Not a good job today.

Best burgers in the world, however I usually buy at this location because is the closest to my home, and every single time I try to order thru the drive-thru the never get my order right, so I have to get out of my car and order at the restaurant.

Can never get a warm Whataburger. If I ask for toasted bun, the bun is burned and the burger is still cold. I dont know how they manage to do that. I had been going there for 8 years. Now I go to one on Nolana and McColl.

Just ordered chicken bites and i got about 10 peices of nickel size fried junk. I go often because its close, and never fails my orders are always messed up. Love whataburger but this restaraunt cant get anything right.

I absolutely love Whataburger. Ive only been to this particular location a few times, but things were great. Personal favorite is 3 piece chicken strips with ranch dressing for the chicken.

Good food reasonably priced. Do have to double check your "to go" orders gotten the wrong food 4 out of 10 of our last visits, but the manager is very helpful in resolving any issue
