I waited in line for 15 minutes. paid then was told to park for another 10 minutes. No one was even behind me. We finally got our food ,and when I got home half of it was not edible. The tacos were so full of grizzle and fat that I had to just throw away half of it. And the tacos were not cheap. It is only on special occasions where we eat at el pato since the price is so high. Next time I will go across the street to Taco Palenque. They have better service, better prices, and better food.

Slow drive thru service.. Im always asks to park ahead and they always take a long time. I might as well order inside. I ask for toasted tortillas and they come out soggy because of the time it takes to get out to me. Customer service is not that great. Also they always forget to give salsa even if you ask three times and its says it on the ticket . Dont go there if you are going through the drive thru its not worth the wait.

One of the best El Patos I go to. They are always friendly and they always have salsa and chips. The older male manager (see him all the time during lunch) is always on his game. I eat here at least once a week and this El Pato is always great all the way around. The food is always served fresh.

Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes only to pay and be told to wait another 20 minutes in the parking lot when lady brought the wrong order. Ended up leaving without the order. Worst service ever. Will go to Taco Palenque across the street instead.

I love their tacos but these past 4 times Ive gotten my beef and cheese tacos with the meat all shredded up like its the last of it and its like really salty I order like 5+ tacos and its to the point where Im paying so much for salty tacos.

Great place to grab a breakfast or lunch taco in a fast food setting. I usually order the potato, egg, cheese taco on a flour tortilla. Friendly casual service.
