Giving up! Used to love this location, but it has gone so far downhill, I have given up on ever eating Wingstop in Wichita Falls again. Last two times I have attempted to place an order they have been out of the classic bone-in wings. Seriously...how does a company who serves one main item run out of that item?? The last time I was actually able to get food there, it was drowning in grease and the fries were cold. The time before that, it took 40 minutes AFTER the stated 14 minutes to finally receive my order. One employee had gone to Bahama Bucks to get snowcones for the other employees all while I was waiting. I have given this location many 2nd chances, but I am done. If you choose to go there all I can say is GOOD LUCK!

Ive always enjoyed the wings from wingstop, but I do not like the service or food from this location. On my last and final visit, there were 3 employees in the back cooking and 3 by the register doing nothing but goofing off, being rude and chatting with each other. The place was dirty and had a funny smell. Then a man walked in claiming that he found a piece of metal in his coleslaw. He held it in his hand and it looked like a rivet of some kind. Furthermore, I dont think the owner has much interest in his own store to bother himself with paying a visit or even read these reviews... so I dont expect anything to change.

I was there on May 24, visiting Wichita Falls, TX from out of town. I called my order in, in advance & I got there early, but by the time my food was ready, which I had to ask if they were preparing it, was 30 minutes! It was horrible food with grease all in the bottom & I had ordered Louisiana rub, which is a dry rub & should be zero liquid in the basket. I eat at Wing Stop in Omaha, NE quite often & the wings are so good there! I will not ever go to the Wing Stop in Wichita Falls again! I did not eat my food after all of that!

Usually this place is okay, but I ordered online and they got it pretty wrong. I ordered Cajun wings and the wings I received were medium wings with most of the sauce off and some Cajun seasoning sprinkled on it. This was obviously a screw up and instead of redoing the wings they just put some right seasoning on the wrong stuff. I also requested extra fry seasoning but ended up with less seasoning than usual somehow. Ill probably be back but not if they mess it up again.

I LOVE their bone-in louisiana dry rub wings with bourbon baked beans! My husband on the other hand has ordered their teriyaki boneless wings and bbq chicken strips and fries and thought it was all terrible, so the food gets mixed reviews from us. They have always got our order correct and been polite, but be sure to order ahead of time because otherwise youll be waiting a long time.

When you order 30 wings you expect to get 30. They only gave us 26. They took forever to make the order also. When we came in all the guys were standing around doing nothing and then decided to make the 5 to 10 orders that were waiting. My mild wings also barley have any sauce on them. Im a wingstop fan but not of this location. The workers werent even wearing gloves while cooking.

I really like the wings here so I keep going back but almost every time I call to place an order, the person answering is rude and usually puts me on hold for a long time. Today when I tried to call(tried multiple times) it made noises like it was a fax number. Really need to work on your phone system as I know a major part of your business is call ins.

the service was terrible. The workers were sitting around doing nothing tending to their families instead of paying attention to their customers and my food was a half an hour late. on the plus side the food is always delicious and very warm when you get home on a to go order but the service was absolutely awful

Ok call me picky, but i did not like coming here so much this time around. The wings i received had pink in them and some were still even rubbery. The cashier said it was muscle, but i just could not stomach it. Other then a few bad wings it was a nice atmosphere, very clean, and very nice people too.

In the hour we waited, about 3 customers got served and all the orders were wrong. To top it off employees kids are in the back, the cashier is texting while taking orders, and people who call in their orders are put on hold forever purposely. Terribe location. In dire need of new management.

My wife did a carryout order from this Wingstop about three months ago where they mistakenly gave her three tenders instead of five. I went in yesterday and not only did they have a record of the credit on our account but they threw in some extra wings to make up for the mistake

Wingstop is not cheap, but the food is awesome. The variety of flavors that I actually like, paired with the fact that they have never messed my food or my order up, makes this one of my absolute favorite places to eat.

Boneless wings had a good crunch and were evenly sauced. The fries had salt and sugar on them which was odd but tasty. Didnt appreciate the employee calling my wife "sweetie". Thats my job.
