My god I feel like a victim to terrible customer service, each time me and my younger brother go with a craving for snicker blizzards. He orders one without syrup and I ask politely and intently for LIGHT cocoa fudge, this also isnt just a one time occurance, to my dislike I regularly visit this store and recieve the same service. They load my blizzard with an ounce of cocoa fudge and when I politely veto their offer and ask for them to redo it, after feeling like a victim, out of sheer mockery they hand me a snickers blizzzard with so much cocoa fudge Charlie and the Chocolate factory feel embarrassed at how low they carry chocolate in their inventory. I mean I can end world hunger with the sheer amount of cocoa gravy added to my ice cream. p.s This is an edit of my previous review a month ago. After ordering my favorite blizzard, snickers with LIGHT cocoa fudge, I specifically elaborated in detail that I want a tiny bit of chocolate and they ruined my bilzzard. I dont even feel the need to ask for another one because they would most likely be irritated and screw it up agian, IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Im going to start asking them for a separate cup of cocoa fudge see if they dont mess that order up.

Dairy Queen Ice Cream Is Why The Chain Survives Service is what you would expect from a fast food chain: if you want (a better chance of) your order done right, youd be safer going into the actual building. This is actually hard to rate, seeing as how the whole crew of employees switches out in the span of a few months. Every time I visit, theres someone new. Ive had good experiences, Ive had great. If theres ever been a bad experience, I attribute it to a bad day for that employee. Food is also what you would expect from a fast food chain: go for comfort. If you order a salad, bless your soul, be prepared to consume edible... matter, and nothing much else. The silver lining of Dairy Queen is in the name: the dairy. Their blizzards are always on point. Their prices are, at times, arguably, worth it. Ive heard some say theyre overrated, heard others say theyre underrated. In any case, this is my review: I say theyre worth it. In short, come here for the frozen comfort, and you shouldnt be too disappointed.

horrible service...waited in line way too long only to get home to my order being wrong...specifically said no onions and seems like they placed extra onions on my order... I order a turtle pecan cluster blizzard ..was nothing but vanilla ice cream...I gave it back so it could be fixed and received vanilla ice cream with a whole lot of pecans basically...too expensive for drive thur to get a crappy order! This place needs a better staff and management!!!

Is there a review less than one star? It seems that every time o go to this location, they always mess something up.theyve given me something I didnt ask for several times. And now whenever I order a blizzard, it isnt mixed right. All the syrup and ingredients sit at the top leaving the rest of the ice cream plain. Im done with this place.

The service was great...you used to have fresh lemon for the iced tea but now have lemon juice packets. A definite downgrade in quality. Hey back to how iced tea is served in Texas with real lemons. Thanks service has really improved over the years and the new upgrades are really nice

Very poor customer service. They need to train the poor drive thru to have better customer service. They need to learn to treat the customers with respect no matter what.... Oh and the customer is always right

There is always a line at this location. Service can vary depending on who you get. The recent remodel does make it a more aesthetically pleasing place to eat. Food is good but desserts are the best.

Fries were cold and hard... A bit over cooked Asked for toasted buns and they didnt ...hadnt eaten at a Dairy Queen in years now i wont go again.!
