Just OK. While it was great that extra cheese and extra bacon were no charge, I dont think it was a blip on the radar. When we ordered, there was no line but when he rang it up, it was an issue because he was going to give us a refund rather than charge us for the amount. So someone had to come help, and they were nice and apologized but by the time I was able to repeat my entire order again, there was a line backed up behind us. We got several dirty looks, even though it was not our fault. Then we had to wait more than 5 minutes for our order, but it was hot, which was nice. The fries my husband ordered were nothing to write home about. My bunless burger was good but lacked flavor, my husband thought the same. For 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and a bottle of water (at least the Dasani was only .99), our order was $21... We can go to Red Robin and get better burgers and all the fries we want for that price or less.... So its safe to say, we will likely go elsewhere from now on. We came, we tried it, but its not the grand experience I had always heard about.

I was not at all impressed with Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Service was slow, the food was way over priced, almost $8.00 for a bacon cheese burger. then the cost of the fries and drink, My wife and I went there and just for the 2 of us cost us over $28.00, Thats CRAZY for a hamburger,fries and regular drink. We could have made ( several ) BETTER burgers and fries at home for a WHOLE LOT less money. CRAZY. There are much better burgers in Topeka for a lot less money.... WE WILL NOT GO BACK, WAY OVER PRICED !!!!!!!!!!

They have the moistest, juiciest best all natural Burger in Topeka Kansas no GMOs no pesticides no antibiotics. Their fries are a little thicker than I like my fries but still very good because theyre made from fresh potatoes period definitely a place I would go back to over and over

The burgers are great. Theres just not a whole lot more to say. Very simple menu. I like the natural cut of the fries very much. If you have a choice between Five Guys and McDonalds ... Youre gonna spend about 10 bucks either way. Be satisfied. Eat at Five Guys.

After my overpriced food was carelessly thrown in the bag, and not even what we had asked for (although the receipt was ALMOST correct), both my companion and I got violently ill. Thanks, Five Guys, for being a disappointment, again.

Some of the best burgers and homemade fries you can find. Its fast too. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Be mindful of the fries too. I get a regular order and it serves three of us. Definately worth a stop!

Five Guys is amazing but the Topeka location fails in comparison to other Five Guys locations. Slow service, employees act as if you are taking up their time. Orders are usually 90% correct and poorly put together.

Their burgers are juicy and filling. The fries have the right amount of salt on them. Everyone will have different experience depending on what day and time. We went on a Wednesday at 7pm Topeka Location.

Who doesnt love Five Guys? This time I got a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and BBQ sauce on it, and it was fabulous. The cashier was kind of a dunce though. That was annoying.

The food was very good and the service was great. On the receipt instead of saying KETCHUP it said IKETCHUP so I had to give them 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Great place to get a burger. The soda machine has about every flavor known to man. Best fries of any fast food place. Peanuts are everywhere, be aware if you are allergic.
