Waited in line for over 30 minutes only to find out they had sold out of almost everything on the menu. I understand that can happen when its been a busy day, but they should have had the courtesy to inform those in line that they didnt have many options left. It would have been very easy to put up a sign saying which items theyd run out of so that so many people didnt waste their time standing in line. I ended up eating elsewhere so cant comment on their food quality, it just seemed like poor customer service.

1st and last time visitng. Sandwich was small and mostly just burnt bread and a few meatballs. I asked for lettuce and tomato. She nodded and said "Mayo". I said, "No. I want lettuce and tomato!" She said ok. I got no lettuce, no tomato and no mayo. SMH. Was not worth $6 sandwich or $10 meal. Couldve eaten at a real restaurant and actually had a full belly after eating. Spills were on the floor in the back and there was no toilet paper on the double roll holder. Lesson learned.

Tried to order online at 12:30 and it wouldnt be ready until 2. I called in and asked if I could place a to go order, her response, "well ya but im gonna put you on hold for like 10 minutes" Completely ridiculous that it is that hard to place an order. I get its lunch rush and I have worked in the restaurant industry but 10 minutes on hold and an hour and a half to order 5 sandwiches? You guys care clearly under staffed or need some better organization skills.

Ive been here plenty of times and every single time theyre out of something. A while back I ordered the sherbet shake and I was about to pay when the cashier said it was out of season. I could clearly see the another employee slowly put down the scoops of ice cream. I waited in line for nothing. Disappointment is all I get when I come here.

I was came in from comic con, and was met with a pleasant greeting and welcome. Sandwiches are THE American classic food. This place makes the best Ive eaten, with the exception of my own. The staff was very helpful, polite and quick. My food was above standard, and I will never cease to let all know it. Great job!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. At a conference across the street and they were upset about having so many people there. They lied and said they were out of everything except a few items so people would leave. Worst service Ive ever experienced. They also locked the restrooms so that no one could go.

I ordered the Italian Sandwich and got a very small burnt bread with only meat and cheese. No vegetables at all. No dressing or oil. Bland to say the least. My coworkers ordered salads and got absolutely no dressing or plastic ware/eating utensils. I will never order from here again.

This was my first time at a Potbelly restaurant. I had the A Wreck sandwich on wheat. It was toasted and tasty. We also got a cup of macaroni and cheese for my 18 mo old but they only filled it up half way. Good food but a bit pricey.

This place is on-point! I had a blueberry and maple cibatta square with sausage, egg, cheese, tomato, hot peppers and Cholula! Wow! $3! And, BTW, the coffee is way better than your hotels!
