Worst. Service. EVER. Im not one to post a 1 star review on a single trip, but after 10+ trips through this drive thru, I can conclusively say the people working here a lazy idiots who dont care if your order is right in the slightest. Ive had multiple instances where I got home and was missing food I was charged for. Just tonight, yet again, they failed to give me my entire order. Thankfully Ive taken to checking before I drive away now. But when I went in and pointed out the error, I got blase attitude. They clearly didnt care. At least I got my food this time. Ive really tried to give these folks a chance, but Im done. I wont be going back.

I had a large order for several people. The lady at the drive-thru talked so fast I could hardly understand her, it was so rude. The lady at the window read my order back to me without my asking, which was awesome! Only thing missing was a drink thankfully. But when I received my order I was missing 2 items and my drink was wrong. I didnt realize till I left so I went back. And they again missed an item. I usually have no problems there! I love the food and they are usually very efficient but today was unacceptable.

Poor taco bell, to save money on burrito supreme, they wave the meat, lettuce, cheese, onions, & even rice, very sparingly over the huge amount of beans! Horrible tasteless flour tortillas, not corn tortilla options. AND they want more $$ for less quality now. All ingredients fresh but of very low quality, all of which creates gas! Dont come here!

Ive never had a problem as far as quality, but they get orders wrong on a regular basis. You either get extra food or not enough. One order I only ordered specialty items like the loaded nacho and Dare Devil Loaded grillers and somehow I ended up with 5 crispy tacos, a beef burrito, and extra cinnamon twists.

Worst taco bell ever! I waited fifteen minutes for the tacos. The employees were talking about how they wanted to physically fight and slap the *%#* out of each other. Dirty floors, sticky counters, and trash everywhere! That place has a really gross smell. I will not be eating the food!

Worst service if any YUM brand fast food joint to which we have ever been. The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. The staff were slow and lethargic. The manager was oblivious. Very disappointed.

There is a smell here thats not great, the trash is rarely taken out, the tables are rarely cleaned, the hot sauce is guarded and rarely filled, but the food is good.
