Hate to be the bad guy of 3 reviews but this did happen. FOOD - Ordered "the Special" Chicken, Shrimp and Broccoli. Chicken was dry, shrimp was way undercooked - clear inside. The Broccoli was luke warm. One of the shrimp had an obvious black vein on the backside. I thought it might have been charred but it turned out to be the dreaded intestinal vein. My Spaghetti with Sausage and Mushrooms had good texture, very good flavor and the quantity was more than I usually get at other restaurants charging $ 4 more per plate. DECOR - dressier than I expected, quiet and pleasant. SERVICE - was very low key. Three of the 4 people that approached our table could hardly be heard in the quiet restaurant. No please and thank you, no suggestions, no banter...no interest in doing business. When we gave them the undercooked shrimp we told them the chef needed to know about this. We expected a visit...got none. Maybe a little comp...got none. A manager went around "greeting" guests but it was actually a driveby. Seemed like he was performing a scheduled duty. There was no interest in our being there. The staff had no personality and showed no interest in participating in our dining experience. Tried to address this on their website but its just like their staff...empty and without interaction with the customer. One bad review of Three total reviews. We wont be back. Were going to Roccos instead.

Napolis is a family run restaurant with authentic Italian Cuisine. When I say "family run", it takes on new meaning at Napolis. "Mom and dad" are the primary wait staff, but both son and daughter get directly involved as well. The food is surprising good for a family run establishment. I particularly love the Chicken Caesar Salad and my wife has a very hard time ordering anything other than the Baked Ravioli with Meat Sauce. We are regulars, here, and they consistently surprise us with a new, and tasty, wine recommendation from Italy. Oh, and the hot fresh house-made bread is extraordinarily yummy!

Wow - what a great find. First found this place for a group meeting and the owner proprietor "Giuseppe" was awesome and took fantastic care of the entire group. Weve been back a number of times for lunch or dinner and have had delivery as well. Menu is great, food is wonderful and this a true Italian Family Restaurant. Wonderful patio seating as well with water fall fountain! Do yourself a favor and try this place! Since Ciolas closed down its the best Italian in West Austin/Barton Creek and Lakeway area. Close to the Hill Country Galleria! Enjoy

I went here with coworkers for drinks and appetizers. We ordered several appetizers to share, including calamari, little fried peppers, and of course mozerella sticks! The calamari was perfectly cooked and salted. My favorite though was the peppers - very unique, I had never had them prepared this way before. They were delicious, almost like peppery, parmasean-y popcorn. Great selection of house wines at reasonable prices. My coworkers also loved the Italian beer. Waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. I will definately go back.

LOVE Napolis! Thank god we finally have a good italian place in Bee Cave. We order to-go fairly often from Napolis and have never been dissapointed. I personally like a lot of sauce with my spaghetti and meatballs, so order extra sauce if youre like me. Overall, Napolis is great! Eat here a LOT please, I dont want them to close like the other restaurants that shared this location.

Chicken Parmagiana was terrible. Almost certainly it was microwaved as you the breadcrumbs were so tough you couldnt even cut through it. The pizza was ok, although its a joke to state prosciutto when its nothing more than Canadian bacon. People have said wine prices are good but a bottle of frontera for 25 bucks. Really? Service was ok. Close to being a one star.

Went with some coworkers on lunch. A little pricey for lunch (could benefit from a lunch menu) but the food was amazing. Try the pasta and see the difference that house made pasta brings. All the sauces were top notch and the service was pretty good. You know its going to be a good Italian resturant when the owner/chef comes out to talk to you in passable english.

Half priced wine on Tuesdays! And the pasta, Osso Buco and dessert were amazing. Ask for Lina or Giovanni, and youll feel right at home! Run, dont walk!! This is the best Italian restaurant in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area, the prices are great and the sunny Italian hospitality quite outstanding. Were new in the area but well be regulars for sure!

Service is always... entertaining? Food is mediocre at best and consistently unreliable. I tried it regularly for several months (1-3 times a week), Id say 2/3 of the time the food was decent - but close and even delivered! 1/3 of the time it was not ok.... finally I had 3 meals in a row that were basically inedible and refuse to go back.

Horrible service. The entire staff was unfriendly, almost to the point of rude. They brought out the wrong dish and never checked back on us so we couldnt tell them it was not what we ordered (even though we had asked for more water when they brought it meals to the table.). Never going back.

The food is amazing!! This is some of the best Italian food I have had in a long time. Everything is homemade, even the fresh bread that is fresh out if the oven. Our server did forget to refill our drinks after we asked her a couple times, but the superb food more than made up for it.

This place is amazing, Bee-cave, and surrounding areas best restaurant. Tuesday is 1/2 price bottle of wine, so great date night! We also come every Sunday after church and you can get in and out without the long wait. I really cant say enough about how good the food and service are.

The food is consistently great. The atmosphere is enjoyable. The service can bit a bit slow, because the family tries to do it all. Even so, it is worth it. Just dont be in a hurry. Giovanni and Lena and their lovely daughter are gracious hosts.

This place was incredible! I definitely have a new favorite Italian restarurant. The husband and wife team here are truly fantastic. They recommended an iced sangria that was very tasty and their garlic bread is the best Ive had in Austin.

Always served with a smile. The owners are wonderful and make sure your experience is the best. The food is delicious and very resonably priced. This is always our go to when we want italian. They also allow puppy dogs on the patio =]

Sadly my Dons special was covered in raw garlic and was greasy with butter. The breaded chicken was thinner than any Ive ever seen. Even on a Saturday night the place was pretty empty. Plenty of better Italian nearby!

Been there 5-6 times at least and we just love the food there. Good menu, good people, great food. Ive had different pasta dished each time and theyve all been good. If you like Italian, its a good place to try.

Food is good. The cook is the owner and it seems a family business and he puts a lot of love and pride in his food. Menu is standard for an Italian place. The environment is very nice, clean and welcoming.
