I go to Kroger (San Felipe/Voss) nearly every day of the work week, but today it seems as though the short Hispanic lady behind the express check out counter thought for some reason she was entitled to give me a dirty look (she wasnt even my clerk). My clerk asked if I had a Kroger card (while Im getting my items onto the counter for her) and I replied Yes, Ill get it soon as I get my stuff put down. the words sounds harsh, but given my expression on my face and the tone of my voice, it was by no means offensive. Obviously the rude clerk decided to make judgment by giving my clerk a goofy look and then looking directly at me, which she had no idea I saw her "better than you" look. When I asked her if I said something wrong, she said "no, no". so what the hell are Kroger managers condoning such behavior with their employees. needless to say, this Kroger just lost a customer! we all know certain cultures just do not like white people - no matter how nice you are to them,and no matter how much of our hard earned tax money goes to feed their household. Well Im damned tired of it. Thank God that Donald J. Trump is now the President!

We dont have kroger in Austin. And, after being in this one, Im glad we dont. Its kind of weirdly laid out. Shelves are a mess, theres missing price cards, not much logic in product placement. Theres a stupid club card. Club cards dont make it in Austin, randalls is the last grocer with club cards. Theres only like 2 randalls left austin. On a note, after searching for hand lotion, which for some reason is not near the pharmacy like every other grocery store and retailer Ive ever been in, I discovered they keep condoms and lube in locked boxes. boxes. I guess they have absolutely no want to sell these items. Speaking of which, I went towards the pharmacy and asked where they keep lotion, and the pharmacist gave me extreme attitude and rolled her eyes to tell me where to find it. The good thing is they were not at all busy, I guess thats what happens when youre not trying to compete with HEB or Super Target or Trader Joes or sprouts or Whole Foods are natural grocer. Other than not having to wait in a line to check out, It was barely a step better than going to a Walmart. Not sure why it exists.

I have been going to this Kroger regularly since last 4 years. Pros: Neat, well stocked store with fresh vegetable / fruits. Cons: Bad customer service. The water dispenser never works. If it works then it takes more than 30 minutes to fill the 5 gallon bottle. What ticked me off were the lies from the store workers. I told them that more than 10 times I had to go to Walmart after doing my grocery shopping at Kroger, just to fill up water. This is very inconvenient. The store manager lied to me saying that the dispenser fills up every 45 minutes. I told her that I experienced the issue every time I tried to get water there and I spent more than an hour doing other grocery shopping. They believe that more people fill water at their store when I never saw a line here. The water dispenser at Walmart works always even though it is always busy. These guys are liars.

We go every Sunday. Kids love the free balloons. Miss the candy by the bag isle. Kids loved getting a piece as we went down that isle. I know its technically wrong to just grab a piece and not able to pay. But from a consumer..it was a very small contribution..that set Kroger from another grocery store. We still love going though. Mostly because of familiarity and we know where everything is. Need to replace old car baskets. Add fun thing for kids. More sample tastings.

Clean and neat with average customer service (nothing stands out, like a smile or a token hello). This store is harder to navigate than other locations nearby and seems to have fewer cheap options, with a discount produce bin that often has nothing in it. Theres an associated gas station with competitive prices and plenty of parking. Convenient location, but getting in or out of the overall strip mall can be a challenge. Traffic during rush hour is brutal.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Carts everywhere, shelves are messy and empty, the produce department was almost empty!! What is going on? They have a direct competitor, HEB right down the street and they still DO NOT improve their conditions. Having a store in such horrible conditions is a lack of respect to the customers. I will never go there again and will advise other people to avoid the store at all cost.

Nice clean site. Only drawback is the automated cashier machines. I believe automated cashier machines needs to go. Sometimes only one real cashier working, we use automated machines doesnt mean we like them or preferred them, we just have to use them because you dont put enough real people as cashier. People need jobs and shopping is not about only buying

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a piece of cake at the Kroger on San Felipe the other day and found 6 hairs in the cake as I was eating it. Disgusting. They make these cakes in-house so you can imagine their standards are a little low if multiple hairs are being actually baked into their products. I will never shop here again. Very gross.

I tend to stop at kroger between 11pm and 6am. Monday through Saturday theres this older lady who works the u-scan. She is the most horrible person. She has been rude to myself and other customers. She has no shame. She will yell at customers in front of others without thinking. Shes a goblin

Although there are a lot of grocery stores in the area, Kroger is my preferred store. The weekly deals plus the coupons that I get through the mail make grocery shopping so affordable. I love that I can go onto the Kroger app and load other coupons onto my Kroger card. Very convenient!

This is a clean, well-organized location where I can get 95% of what I need. The staff is friendly, even if it takes some time to help you out. I would give this location a fifth star if it had a better bulk food and bulk spice selection.

It was overall a satisfying experience. We got here late at night to shop for groceries. We found everything that we needed. The store was clean and tidy. The employees were helpful even though it was late. This is my home store.

Nice clean store, the woman that works self scan register at night is pretty quick to assist with the machines...On the other hand i just got a few dirty looks from some customers...a "your on the wrong side of town" dirty look.

This store is always clean, there are always employees around to answer questions and offer help. Great salad bar that is well stocked and clean. Large variety of organic products, and great self serve bulk bins.

My favorite Kroger Store. Nice people, fast lines (for the time I shop, anyways). I love this store so much with their Fresh Fit foods and prepared meals that sometimes I go there for lunch!

I love getting lunch here. They have a nice salad bar, and combo meals. I like it that I can get in and out of their quickly during my lunch break. They always have enough resisters open.
