Sooo yummy- the pasta combo was giant, but if you have heartburn I probably wouldnt recommend it. Im not sure if they make their Ceaser salad dressing in house, but it was the best dressing Ive ever had! My father got tortillini alla pana, and the sauce was good enough for us to send compliments to the chief. The waitress was friendly and prompt- actually asked me if I wanted my iced tea sweet or unsweet when I forgot to specify, and that honestly earns so many points for me, haha. My brother ordered a Calzone, which was big as well, completely stuffed with cheese and ground sausage; he loved it, but it wasnt my personal preference. One thing I noticed was that it was fairly cold, but I was wearing shorts, so no biggie there. The music was authentic, and the decor was fairly simple. They didnt have any tables with booths, I also noticed. The bread came out after our orders went in, but it wasnt very noteworthy, although I recommend saving the butter and dipping it in marinera!

I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. First experience, water tasted like someone accidentally dropped a stink bomb into it. I chose a Dr. Pepper instead. Must be had soap in the glass. Third time was the charm. Food came out, I got the pasta combo. Which was entirely comprised of frozen tortellini, manicotti and lasagna, like the kind you can buy at dollar general. Pair that with some plain red sauce that you can buy in a can from a convenience store and voila! La Bella Tavola food. Absolutely the worst representation of Italian food I have ever experienced. I can cook a better meal than this place. Thousands of dead Italians are rolling over in their graves that this place calls itself an Italian restaurant. Horrible. If you are looking for genuine and delicious Italian cuisine, look elsewhere. Or, go to your nearest stripes and make it yourself at home for much less.

Without a doubt one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever had the honor of visiting! And in of all places - Gonzales Texas - population 7,200! Their pizza is as close to New York or Jersey Shore Italian pizza as you can get. I had their "Fruitta de Mare" this evening. Just the right size for me with shrimp, scallops and mussels in a lemon garlic sauce over linguine....che buono!

Generous portions of amazing food! I ordered the Chicken Marsala. It was the best Ive ever had, including my homemade. Because it was such a large portion, I took my leftovers home. I didnt think it was possible, but it was even better reheated! Well definitely be back! We were dressed very casually and didnt feel super out of place, but Ill wear better than yoga pants next time :-D

If I could give it a lower rating I would I paid for my salad and we left it was disgusting it was something floating in my water the bruschetta look like someone threw up on a loaf of bread with my chicken madomina came out the chicken was way overcooked and tough like it was freezer burn and my sons lasagna had an inch layer of grease on top and was burnt

Fantastic menu of American italian, I have traveled Italy and sampled from many places in the US and this is a fantastic selection of Italian food. The bread is always cooked fresh there and the portions should always come with a take home box, I rarely leave any behind. The price is also fantastic low, I go here at least 2 times a week while I am in town.

Our familys new favorite stop on the way home from the beach. About half way between Port A and Austin. Pizza was delish and the soup my daughter ordered was a good homemade soup. Staff was friendly and let us call in our pizza on the way so it was ready when we got there. Will be coming back!

Went there and it seemed like a nice place, bread was good, got my salad and it had a medium sized bug with wings. Seriously lost my appetite, told the waitress and nothing. They didnt offer to do anything to help so I just told her to cancel it and we walked out.

Amazing restaurant! The food and service is fantastic every single time! Manicotti is my fav and the pizzas are huge! And definitely go for the garlic and olive oil with the bread for an appetizer... Yum!

My food was cold. The chicken in my chicken alfredo was not fresh. You could tell because it was super dry and chewy. The bread was hard and my noodles tasted like rubber. I have had BETTER. WAY BETTER!
