I have been to this location several times and it never disappoints. Showing up on a Friday night expect long waits but dont blame the staff. We were seated within 40 minutes and noticed how hard the staff was working. A table next to us was leaving and within seconds the three members rushed to clean up and sit the next guests. This was some of the fastest service especially when they were packed. When we were seated we were greeted by three separate staff members trying to make sure we were taken care of. The food was out quickly and everything was great. The only issue we ran into was that the cloth napkins our silverware was rolled inside were completely stained. Obviously they had been washed but they should look into replacing the stained napkins.

Service and food is usually five stars great EXCEPT this once! So disappointed in new Italian chicken pot pie. The portion is more than generous (a pound of pasta) and the crust crisp and crunchy perfect, but had trouble finding the chicken (so few and very TINY pieces) and really had to dig for the one broccoli. Come on OG! Ive been to your place hundreds of times over the years So I know you can do so much better with the Italian chicken pot pie. Try adding more chicken and broccoli and go easy on the pasta, please.

Everything was good but main complain was the Calamari. We ordered the appetizer along with cheese sticks (est. $10-$11). We have ordered it in the past and always receive a fair amount. However, this time I feel we got skimped out, probably getting a handful. We told the manager and he said they changed their ingredients blah blah blah. Pretty much told us to complain to corporate instead of just handling the situation quickly. I ddnt need an explanation, just serve the customer.

Food is always good. We take advantage of the neverending pasta when they have it and it hasnt dissapointed, yet. Service may feel rushed sometimes because theyre trying to turn around fast but I take my time and leave when Im ready. I dont like the amount of refills I get to go down towards the end because they want me to leave. Thats like blinking the lights at a party. It should be about quality, not quantity, but thats what you get when you dine at a corporate chain.

Olive Garden has really figured out the hurried lunch crowd. Walked in at 12:10, looked over the menu, drinks & breadsticks come out during this part, my son ordered chicken parm and I the soup and salad. It felt like we were just sitting there relaxing, talking and eating. We were out and done by 12:45. Didnt feel hurried, i think they time it all well!! Of course, the food was the great like always. Thanks for a great quick lunch Olive Garden!!

server was extremely rude with us.. I asked "what were the soup choices" and he answered "right there on the menu " so I turn my head to look at the menu and decided right away what I wanted so I was about to tell him when I noticed he was attending the customers next to us. I waited for him to finish taking the order for the other customers and I asked him "dont you were taking our order" he answered " Im not going to be waiting on you all day!!"

Reasonable prices and great wait staff. Love this place if only for the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. The Toscana soup is the best soup (and most popular) on the menu. They always have awesome deals here like buy one take one and the $5.99 soup and salad. The waits for tables arent too bad and its a pretty great place for a date night.

Good place to chill after shopping. JR was very friendly and helpful from behind the bar. I didnt like the lady that didnt watch her kids and let them scream in the bar area (that was really irritating), but aside from that... everything was good. The beer was cold, the breadsticks were hot, and the pasta was al dente. : )

Im sitting in the restaurant as I type this, my waiter is horrible. Everything my table has received we have had to ask for multiple times. He forgets what hes bringing each time and has yet to offer us cheese on anything. For the price you pay for diner you would assume they would hire a competent wait staff.

This place has good waiters and good food but its always kinda packed sometsome times it takes a while to get in and they have these cool vibrating things that vibrate when its time to go inside this place is really fun it has games on the table with this tablet thing that you can even pay with its awesome

Giving it 4 stars because the wait is just crazy. I know the restaurant is not at fault but 45-1 hr wait is just crazy especially when you have small children. Other than the wait the service is amazing and the staff are the friendliest of people. Amazing hot food. One of my favorite restaurants to go to.

The food entirely carries this place. With how many servers they have its unacceptable to wait so long after asking for just about anything to actually get it. At any given time you have several people waiting around the host area, which makes waiting for mundane things more aggravating.

Great place to come and enjoy great food with outstanding customer service. My waiter Eric C was very attentive, a true gentleman, and was able to make my valentines day weekend great. Really nice staff and the manager help to make sure I had a great experience. Will come back again

The long lines are always a bad thing, I dont think the food is worth 30 min wait. Last time I ate there I waited ages for drinks and bread and food. I had to get up to get a bread basket because I was shaky with hunger. Dont go there if youre starving hungry or pressed for time.

Usually this place is great, on my last visit however, a single strand of hair was on the breadsticks. It felt like the word spread throughout the employees working there. The entrée was on the house as well as dessert. But not going there for while though.

Bar totally sucks, from the bar tenders not looking up to acknowledge you, to putting a beer and a coke on top of their own menu to not have to get a napkin. Drinking while customers go thirsty. It does not deserve the star I gave it. Never again..

I had the worst experience today. I love their food, but some of those servers really need hardcore training... especially the big, redheaded guy that serves in the bar area. I shouldve known better the second I sat down.

I was greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. Service was friendly and in a timely manner. Even the manager Abraham was kind enough to ask how we were doing. Great job staff. I will continue to dine at this location.

Well its been 20 minutes and my drink refil has not gotten here the waiters are extremely lazy and tried to avoid my party of 9 as my waiter was replaced multiple times but my latest waiter is the best shes an angel
