This will be as of my second meal at Hop Brook Pizza. My first meal was a sausage and meatball pizza with ricotta cheese. Delivery was timely and the food was absolutely delicious! My second visit was my first eat-in experience. The waitress I had was very attentive and seemed to enjoy her job quite a bit! I was very pleased with my service and even MORE pleased with the food. The two dishes we tried were Chicken Parmigiana w/ Penne and Manicotti. They were cooked to perfection! The chicken was breaded just right and the tomato sauce was top notch! The manicotti was NOT overdone and was also topped with the amazing sauce that I got on my Chicken Parm. To our pleasant surprise, the cook brought out some garlic knots for us to try that were made with his "secret" recipe. They were fantastic! The only criticism I can give was the knots could have been a bit fluffier. The building is situated right in the middle of a neighborhood and if you werent looking for it youd probably miss it. If youre in the local area and want an amazing dinner with fair prices, I would wholeheartedly recommend this joint!

I stumbled upon Hop Brook Pizza about a month ago because I was tired of the pizza places in Naugatuck and was ready for something new. They have great people running the business and kitchen and the food is great. Im ordering again today for about the 5th time already. The pizza, grinders, pasta and salads are fresh and cooked to perfection.

Best pizza in Naugatuck!! I love everything about this place. The staff is amazing! The food is awesome! My family and I have tried pretty much everything here. Chicken parm, wraps, salads and pizza are the best! Portion are huge. Pricing is perfect. And again love the staff.

Hop Brook Pizza is a great neighborhood family restaurant. The food is great. We enjoy the pizza and they make it on our liking. The manager, wait staff and chef are great and very accommodating. I highly recommend them for a great meal and experience.

Bruashetta would have been good if not served on paper thin soggy bread. Chicken marsala should be cooked with marsala wine. Keep cutting corners and youll have no customers left at all.

The pizza is like soup and a quarter of our pizza did not even have cheese on it. It is a shame because it taste good. The delivery was fast. I just can not get over soupy pizza.
