The only thing upscale about this place are the prices they charge. First off, the bread they brought prior to the food arriving looked like it was store bought bread that they sprinkled with herbs and heated up. The $17.99 spaghetti w/ three small meatballs was at best average and extremely over priced. The chicken parmigiana looked like it was left over from lunch or worse, cooked the day before. the chicken was dry and the outer side of it was hard and dry (signs it was not fresh chicken when it was served). It was also rubbery and hard to chew. It did not look or taste crisp or fresh. Stay away from the roasted cauliflower, yeah just stay away!. Left a bad after taste. Service was ok, but the quality of the food causes this review to get one star.

The waiter couldnt get anything right. There were four of us. We ordered our own pizzas. Mine was so burned on the bottom, my husbands finally came when everyone else were finished with their meal. The other couple ordered a pizza to share and their pizza was burnt too. Plus they didnt get the pizza they ordered. He never came to see how everything was, so we couldnt complain. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Then he got our bills mixed up, not once but twice and then they still werent right. We just paid and got out of there.l would not recommend this one to anyone and needless to say we will not be returning.

The atmosphere was better than we expected, and the food was great. 2 who had the custom pizzas, which were amazing, my dad had the shrimp scampi, his go-to dish at any Italian restaurant, and said it was the best he ever had. My chicken parmesan was great, though I would have preferred angel hair to spaghetti. One of the best things about it is that if youre vegan, you can custom make a handmade pizza any way you like. Overall, the experience was fantastic and well definitely be back.

The Manager, the only reason I rate it a two its cause of the manager calls himself Angelo in charge. A waiter spilled ice water on me and manager only offered paper towels. The waiter apologised and I appreciated that and he was sincere. It was my nieces graduation dinner. There were twelve us asked him to make it right, since I was wet the rest of the night. I did not make a scene, but the manager no class and no ownership. The staff is attentive, food was good.

Go BIG! TexaStyle

Id get better Italian at Chick-fil-A. I got their most expensive Veal and it was so chewy. It seemed like the waiter was too busy with other customers that we had to ask when they can take our order. For a high end restaurant, I expected better service but Im still a nice guy and tipped the 20%. Plus when Im hungry, I can eat anything....I just wont be going back to Zucca.

Absolutely amazing food, wonderfully attentive service and the atmosphere was beautiful! We even called ahead to ask about a dish and they didnt have it on the menu but still offered to prepare it especially for their customers! Very unique entrees and ingredients - I highly recommend :)

Amazing staff, great food, big portions, very nice and beautiful setting. It has a huge back area that we didnt know about until very late, giving effectively the restaurant three different areas( main restaurant, bar área plus the patio). Overall the place is really nice!

Came in with large group, on a slow night. The food is good but it some might be frozen then prepared. They lack in service. Replace the waiters with real waiters then it is 4 stars. A Dennys/ihop/Chilis/applebees/logans waiter anyone that has experience here in the US.

Waiters didnt seem to care if your order was wrong. Food didnt taste good. My wife ordered Chicken Marsala and she got fried chicken with mushrooms poured on top. I do not recommend this restaurant. Go to Olive garden instead

Wonderful experience on a Saturday night! Best service from everyone in the staff, super great band drew me in, and delicious dessert. Wish more people that liked to dance would go and it would be more than perfect.

Place is nice. Service is good. Food could be better, most plates should at least include sides or salads at these prices. If you add sides, it gets pretty expensive for what you get. Not sure well be back.

Sat out at patio, had chicken parm. It was dry. Waiter did not seem to eager to serve. Came to table 1 time. Had to get bus boy for refill and more sause. Came for music. Food wasnt that great last time.

The Italian food was sub par. If you are looking for real Italian food I would not recommend this place. The food was quick but the place was empty. There were only two tables with people for dinner.

The environment is beautiful and peaceful. Ive eaten here twice and I love it. Service could be a little bit better, but Bert is great. Hes on top of things and very attentive.

Food was pretty good but extremely expensive for what it was. They have a lunch special now so i might tru jt out but. Other than that its just a very expensice fancy place.
