We ordered pizza from this store for the second time, first time was no problems. But this time oh my god first the girl that answered took the address down wrong even though it was repeated more than twice and then she takes the number down wrong and that was repeated 5 times!! I know the manager was lying about that because they tried saying our order was lost first then the address and number were taken down wrong? Lying to upset customers is not the smart thing to do. We never got a single phone call letting us know what was going on with our order and it took about 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone. So disappointed because this is our first pizza place that deliveres here in splendora and we live not even 2 minutes away from the place! They didnt offer us anything to say sorry the manager just said there was absolutely nth he was going to do about it. Poor poor service i dont even like pizza hut but its the only thing we have around. Believe me if there was another we would definitely not be ordering from here in the first place.

Ordered a pizza two weeks ago and they delivered and everything was perfect. I called to order today, but since our address is a new caney address they wont deliver. We live in splendora school district and new caney pizza hut will not deliver here either. I do not understand because its business and we tip fairly well but still cant get service from either one.

The food is good but the delivery service actually runs almost three hours and they dont have a problem with letting you know that. I would imagine theyre losing a lot of business because of it. And unfortunately some of the people that work there have a little bit of an attitude.....

Great food, fast service, employees are friendly and professional. The manager is amazing and expedites orders quickly, and is very professional and friendly to all customers. I prefer driving to this store rather than go to my local restaurant.

Ordered online for delivery. Website said it would be about 45 minutes. Pizzas showed up within 30 minutes hot and delicious and exactly how I ordered them. Great job!!!
