Ive been ordering from this place since Ive been in Greensboro, and thats almost 10 years. For the most part, I am pretty happy with their food and service. Occasionally, youll find a worker that is unprofessional or ghetto, but they have always treated me with respect and given good service. I swear they put crack in those fried chicken wings because they are so good. My granddaughter loves the dumpling. Overall, my husband and I love their food. Ive only had one bad experience with them. We ordered on a recent Saturday and waited nearly an hour for our food. This had never happened before. Normally, we have our food in record time whether we call in our order or order in store.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. An employee said she was the manager and the owner, and hung up the phone. The food is close to 2 hours late, and claims they cant refund my money. We were not rude. We had been very patient, but were given nothing but excuses and disdain after waiting another 45 mins. after our 2nd time calling. We were given a 45 min. - 1 hr. wait time. Still no food. The owner says they will take no more orders from us, for their own mistake, but they did not have to worry about us patronizing their establishment ever again. Well be sure to advise others not to subject themselves to such treatment as well.

Chicken on General Tsos was tough and old. Then the delivery guy came to the door and asked me if I gave a tip on the order, to which I said, "Yes I paid $5 for a tip on the credit card." He then said, "just for future reference, I dont get any of that, the company gets it." So what did I give a tip for?

We eat from here at least twice a week. Yes, the food is great and the delivery service is too. The customer service is fantastic. I dont have any complaints but my one wish would be for them to open a restaurant. I have eaten different menu items and enjoyed them all.

I absolutely love the place. Ive been going to the place for 4 years. The food is always GREAT. I normally travel 15-20 minutes to get there because I know theyre the best in town. I recommend this place to any and everyone.

Great service, quick and easy to order. Very good food and very affordable lunch specials. The interior isnt anything to write home about, but order the General Tsos Lunch Special and you wont be disappointed!

Just got food from here. Overall experience was good. They delivered in a timely manner and food was hot. A little disappointed with my service because i ordered the crab rangoon(10) and only recieved 4.
