Food was good my only problem was I received a little creature in my salad. I found a dead lady bug in my salad by which is suppose to be freshly made and obviously they did not check it before it came out to the table. The manager did come out and only apologize for the incident and thats it. Not even bother to ask if we needed anything else just the I am sorry this has never happened. Okay sure Im not that upset about it but at least try to do something to make me want to come back again. Service was fine besides taking maybe 20min to get a refill after that. Anyways people check your salads hopefully you dont get an extra surprise add it to it like I did and than the manager doesnt do anything about it.

Dont order online here. I ordered for the first time online and part of my order was missing when I got home. I work in the service industry and understand that mistakes happen so i called to kindly speak to a manager about a voucher or partial refund and have yet to see it show up. I have notifications on my phone to alert me when I spend/receive money with my bank and nothing showed up. This whole situation reminds me of why I dont go to Olive Gardens or any restaurant chain like this.

A decent value, and they load up your "to go" bag with enough for a 2nd meal. At this Olive Garden ask for Jessica, an amiable personality and extremely service oriented. If getting off I-35 north you cannot turn directly into the restaurant but just pull in whenever you can, even to WhataBurger, and the parking lot goes all the way through.

As far as Olive Garden goes, this is by far the best one I have ever been. Service is fast and friendly, place is very chic, modern decor and still super clean. Food aint too bad either, which is a lot for an Olive Garden. Granted the building is brand new, but I see bright future if they can maintain the upkeep and cleanliness.

My first time trying olive garden and it was an amazing experience! Everything was soo delicious. I tried the Tour of italy which was lasagna alfredo and chicken Parmigianino?? Enough to eat on the next day! Our waitress Kari was courteous, attentive, and offered perfect suggestions when inquiring about wine and entrees.

Food was great but service was pretty bad. Waitress bragged about how she was made one of the top servers here but was the worst waitress at Chilis. She forgot to bring one of our entrees and only brought out one salad bowl for 8 people and blamed it on the kitchen staff.

We had a party of 15 for our nephews graduation. The wait staff was awesome, very patient with all of us and was very friendly the entire 4 hours we were there. Kudos to everyone who waited on our tables on June 2, 2017!!!!
