I always give restaurants chances, but...I will never place another order here again (THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT THIS LOCATION). placed an order for 12:30pm pick up time (Online). I had arrived/paid at 12:23pm (as it says on my receipt), when 12:30 came around nothing was read for me (they eve asked me what m,y name was again at like 12:40pm)...i did not get my order until 12:45pm..what was the point of placing an Online order for my lunch time to just get it late...I literally had 15min to eat by the time i arrived back to my work!...NEVER AGAIN!!! AND I have worked at a wing stop and this is not acceptable...let just say IF i was a secret shopper coming to Review, they would have failed!

I cannot believe this place we spent 60 dollars on wings right now and my husband asked for a cup because he was thirsty and a guy had the nerve to tell my husband the cup is only for water as if he just went in there for free soda?!! The nerve of these people always get orders wrong and still trip on a sip of soda LAST TIME WE ARE COMING HERE!! Oh yeah and he threw a 100 dollar bill to charge for the cup of soda and they couldnt change bill higher than 20?!!!! Lame ass place im glad i was waiting in the car :)

Its a pretty busy spot here so you need to come with patience or phone your order in. Its twice the size of every wingstop that Ive been too and has a 2 self serve soda dispensers. Most places you have to bother people behind the counter for a refill which is kind of a hassle.

Like the food but they charged me twice and couldnt figure out how to give me a refund. The manager wouldnt even tell me the owners name or give me his number so I could get my refund. Looks like Ill be going to BWW from now on. Very unprofessional. Btw you still owe me $40.

The bone in chicken was really bad....the chicken was over cooked and dry....very small wings...kudos to the boneless chicken moist & tender the sauce was very tasty with a big hot & spicy kick! Im a man that loves a meaty wing...get some meat on your bones then call me!

This location offers the same quality of food wingstop is known for. Their customers service sucks. The people taking the orders are always very unfriendly. No customer service whatsoever. I think a robot will more friendly than the staff.

Wings are good somedays and bad other days idk if the cooks just get lazy and dont want to even try to make them correctly or what it is but they need to work on that. And customer service isnt so great they dont even greet the customers.

Bad customer service, check your order before leaving or you will receive less than you ordered. When you call back, they give the worst attitude like you are trying to get food for free, not going back to this location.

I love this place, cant get enough of it. i usually get a 5 piece boneless combo, with mild, and ranch on the side, which comes with fries and a drink. Fills me up, and tastes great.

Decent wings. Decent service. Take phone orders but dont deliver. Occasionally get wings that are a little too salty for my taste. Great Fries. Small but decent selection of beer.
