The waiter was horrible. We had to ask for everything twice and when we say no tomatoes we mean no tomatoes, when we ask for lemons, straws, ranch we expect to get it after the first request. Not only did we have it on our original order but we had to ask several times afterward. We ran out of drinks serveral times. We instructed The waiter The first time on how the check was to be split but my friend had to do it with the crayon from the kids menu for the waiter to understand. The chicken sandwich wasnt cooked right, it was chewy. Luckily since we complained we got a refund on that. The manager was very obliging. I have worked in Customer service and I tip a minimum of 20% because I know how much work it is. Do you know how hard it was for me to tip 10%. He didnt deserve that but I didnt have the heart not to tip. I know the rest of the orders didnt tip or tipped very little. Luckily for him I had the biggest tab with 4 of the 8 people on my tab. We had a party of 8 eating after celebrating my daughters graduation and the atmosphere was great. I think mainly because we were ourselves having a great time ourselves with our own. I hate giving a bad review but its not because of the restaurant but because of the waiter. The chicken was chewy though.

The food and service was excellent in every way. We were there at 11 a.m. when they opened. After eating my salad, I decided to visit the ladies room before my main course arrived. The moment I opened the door, the odor was horrible. The toilet had feces stain all inside, and the urine smell in the air was bad enough to make you lose your appetite. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was "minus 10" in cleanliness. Surely, someone is being paid to clean the restrooms. I dont know if they do it at the end of the day or before opening, but that person is not doing their job. I know the employees also use the restroom there. When it is that nasty and smelly, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is and how particular the employees are for allowing it to be in this condition. Im sure that some people would not want to return to a restaurant that has such a nasty, smelly restroom. What a terrible reflection on such a fine restaurant.

The inside dining is very nice, especially the bar area. But, there are some terrible waiters and waitresses there. I am a young college student, who works at a resteraunt so I know how tips work. EVERYTIME I go in there to eat I always tip more than 25% but always I always get terrible service. They are very prejudice towards my age group and do not think I will tip well. I had a waiter there,my ticket was $15 I left 7 as a tip for him, then the next time I went in there I saw him and overheard him say to the waiter I had that I tipped OK. really??? almost a 50% tip and he has the nerve to say that especially when I am in ear shot. Other than the service, the food is amazing.

What an off day! The salads are always cheap white bagged lettuce, but mine had rotted green pieces today. Manager brought another one which was mostly junk white lettuce with a sad piece of dark green again.... Just less green pieces this time. Noodles were kinda dry and my asparagus had discoloration from being "past it." (I have pictures.) Ill spare you. We Only come about once a year, do all should be fresh. After manager saw the condition of my meal and offered to remake it I didnt want any. So he didnt charge for my uneaten meal. Thats fair. He spoke to the staff so I imagine all will be fresh next time.

We spent about $50 here and really regretted it. There are so many interesting, independent places out there - like Hatties in Bishop Arts. We dont spend $50 often, but when we do, well be wise enough (in the future) to spend it elsewhere. The usual free biscuits were so salty I could hardly finish eating them. My shrimp scampi was floating around in a sea of butter and salt. Sure theres a belief that you cant have too much butter, but you can have too much salt - I can testify. The bathrooms were so rugged, I felt like I was at a Greyhound station. I wouldnt come here if I were you. You can do better.

Went here on a Monday evening and it was quite busy. The wait was exactly what they said it would be. Once sat, our waitress was Coutnei J. And she was amazing. Best waitress in a long time. We were a party of 9 with 3 kids and 2 teens and she was sooo patient and kind and helpful. Our food came out promptly for having so many people and everyone was very satisfied. All of our orders were accurate and hot. Our drinks were never empty. I came here with family from out of town celebrating my nieces birthday and it was a perfect outing for dinner.

After waiting a brief 20 minutes to be seated, the wait staff seemed to completely forget us. Another 20 minutes passed after we were seated and we were not even offered water or greeted by our server. Tables all around us had servers making multiple stops but no one took the initiative to help whoever our server was to do something as simple as take our drink order or bring us some biscuits. The end result was an hour of wasted time and two hungry people running off to the Town East mall for some cafeteria food.

We hardly saw our server. I had some food get caught in my throat. I started to cough real bad. My water glass was empty. I had nothing to drink or the other person. I had to excuse myself to try and get my breath. We asked another server if we could get more of their biscuits. She told Daniel and we waited over 10 to 15 minutes. They werent busy at all. It seemed Daniel just had to much stuff going on.

I would give only one star but our waiter was good... The food is another different story: ndercooked, no taste at all... Broccoli was really bad, and the NY stake was salty and greasy.. I definitely will not come back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone... Not even to my worst enemy... The only positive thing was our waiter... She deserves to be working for a better restaurant...

had the surf and turf the lobster tail was rather small for the price...the steak was delicious but at least 6 or 7 bites were very gristley and the baked potato was very small and hard as a rock on the outside dont think I got 5 good bites out of it...the waitress may be new or lacks experience ...not very communicative. ...and I kinda felt a little rush really dont feel I got my moneys worth

Ordered ultimate feast with crab legs, they gave me a "cracker" but the crab legs were so soft I couldnt "crack" them (2nd time). Yuck!!!! On the page across from where I ordered from there was a "deal" on extra 1/2 lb. Of crab legs for $5. Something, but when I asked to order them, was told it wouldnt be that price, but ! 8.something bcuz I didnt order the full lb. WTH????
