Like most other fast food restaurants (excluding pals & a few others), dont go to this burger king expecting your order to be right. After a few times of receiving messed up orders I decided to call and tell them. Some woman named Amber wanted to play 21 questions. Didnt offer to replace the order, just the item that was missing. Also wanted my first and last name and to know exactly what time tomorrow I would be back. The way it sounded, they have a pretty long list of people. She referred to our order as the "big order that she remembers from a few minutes ago." It was two breakfast meals so calling it a "big order" doesnt justify stuff being left out of the order. Its pathetic. How hard is it to put the right stuff in a bag? You have a receipt to look at and make sure its all there... assuming whoever taking the order was even listening. Fast Food. Not rocket science. Owner: Id clean house and find some competent workers. This is becoming the "norm" for fast food. Its not acceptable.

Even though they forgot the cheese on my burgers, they gladly fixed it for me. The employees are always great here. Very friendly and very polite. Quick service. Clean dining area and restrooms. I eat here twice a week and have never had a problem that wasnt fixed promptly. Cant expect people to be perfect, but the fact that they apologize and fix things right away is what matters

Went there just a few minutes ago and the little girl taking my order in drive-thru was rushing me and had an attitude. At least give people a minute to read the menu especially when they have eye sight problems. My husband literally has to get out and read it so it takes at least 3 to 5 minutes.

Typical BK. The cashier was surprisingly engaging throughout the ordering process. Its going to take more than a smile and being friendly to earn that 5-star though. Lastly, this was the only place to eat within a mile of the downtown. Newly built, its property and facilities were top notch.

Very pleased with the customer service.Wyatt waited on me inside and was awesome. I use to manage a restaurant years ago, and boy was is hard to find people who cared or showed that they gave a rip!!! Wyatt, keep that winning attitude and the sky is limit in other ventures in life
