We were very very disappointed with bistro in every way. It was recommended by person on the estate, but it was not a pleasant experience for us. Food was way below average.... very disappointed. Up until last night, the experience at estate was wonderful, so I almost feel sad that we have to leave biltmore with this memory. We will not be coming back especially since half of the family member came from outside of US. I hope they improve their service at bistro... Overall experience at the 2nights at village hotel and other restaurants we visited in the estate was nice.

Excellent Service (by Josh) and Food. My 3 Teens and I had an awesome time. Josh was friendly an excellent waiter. He told about the Farm to table self sustaining business of Biltmore. And also brought us a Congrats plate with 4 Truffles because we were celebrating a family trip. The Lamb Chops were Perfection and Amazing and the Ribeye steaks perfect at Med Rare. We had some cheese, bread, French Onion Soup and for dessert, Chocolate Cake and Creme Brûlée . So Good! Worth every Penny! Ill be back as quick as I can!

Like the other reviewer said - the best thing about this place was the company we dined with. I cant remember being waited by someone so rude and unfriendly. The food was dry, lacked taste, and was highly overpriced. On top of that, if you have any food allergies, this place is definitely not for you. We had someone with a nut allergy in our group, and the choices were getting pasta without the sauce or a pizza without the dough.

The waiter (Smile) did a wonderful job. I had the price fix which originally included roast beef, but they substituted Wagyu beef. My wife had the scallops, which she loved. My beef was so fatty I ate one bite and became naucious. They of course did not charge me, but it ruined our anniversary dinner. This was the first time I ever sent back a meal at any of the Biltmore restaurants. Stay away from the Wagyu beef!

The best thing about this OVERPRICED restaurant was the company we dined with. Our friend made the reservation so we didnt complain. $37.00 for a chicken leg & thigh $40 something for a pork chop & a tablespoon of sweet potato puree under it & very little shaved Brussel sprouts. NEVER AGAIN, IT WAS CRIMINAL. NOT EVEN 1 STAR. PICTURES OF FOOD ARE DECEIVING.

Completely over priced. Waited forever for food to come that wasnt even worth the wait. Our waiter was terrible. My husband brought me there for my birthday dinner and $120 later for the two of us we were both so disappointed. Food was terrible. Will never go again and so disappointed since we drove from Illinois to visit biltmore and have dinner there. :(

Had lunch here after my visit to the Biltmore estate. Loved the atmosphere, the staff and the food. We ordered the fried Brie as an appetizer and it was delicious! I was hungry and worried that since the Biltmore was crowded on this particular day (July 4 weekend) that we would have to wait long for a table, but we were seated right away.

Food was good. I got the special, a fondue steak sandwich, which was really good but messy. Desserts are portion sized... no big plates like cheese cake factory, but it was very good. Great waiter. It was a little on the expensive side, but if your eating local produce on the estate what did you expect? Overall good choice.

The $18.00 hamburger more closely resembled a hamburger from McDonalds. Fries and chips were very average. A very disappointing lunch. Sadly, earlier visits were better. They need a good grill for cooking. At their prices you want exceptional food not less than mediocre.

Crazy expensive but AMAZING food. Service was a 7 out of 10 - I felt a bit of snobbery, but they gave us a complimentary chocolate dish for our anniversary which was nice. The Biltmore is fabulous and the Bistro is right in line with what I expect during a visit.

Formal dining atmosphere and very professional service, which I really liked. I cant bring myself to rate higher than a 2, unfortunately, when Im paying so much and the food and drink is just okay. The atmosphere alone is not worth the visit or the price.

I ordered a the ribeye. It was burnt and not seasoned. Service was good. Ill be sure to tip her well. I wont be returning and Ill be sure to tell the concierge at the Biltmore to lower their recommendation.

Service was impeccable. Thanks Julie for making our experience wonderful. Filet mignon, beet salad, rack of lamb and the pistachio cake were sublime. Cocktails were refreshing. Worth every penny.

The food was bland. One dish was too salty. Waitstaff and management were extremely rude. Exorbitantly overpriced for the quality of food. Horrible experience. Multiple problems. I will never return.

Everything was delicious, I had the lamb and my boyfriend had the shrimp and scallops, both excellent. Nice ambiance and good service. My only complaint is the portions are quite small for the price.

The wagu beef with fried brussell sprouts was amazing. The grilled octopus was a large portion and the seafood cioppini was very good. Definitely try the wagu beef.

Wonderful place. Definitely worth trying during your visit to the Biltmore. The Mountain Trout is absolutely delicious. Great wine selection. We loved the place!
