Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I work in Nashville and live in Clarksville and visit Chiotle 2-3 times a week. The Clarksville location just isnt up to par with the other locations I visit in Nashville. The Clarksville location is consistently running out of items. 9 times out of 10, they are out of sprite and at least one of their coke dispensers, if not both. 2 weeks ago, they were completely out of black beans and on Tuesday, they were out of Sweet tea on top of coke and sprite. Another customer asked if they were making any more tea and they rudely said no. The guac is usually very inconsistent here. Sometimes, it tastes as though there is no lime and other times, the guac is already brown. Also it seems that if I ask for more of a certain salsa or beans or any item, for that matter they slop it on my bowl instead of draining it appropriately. There are very few times that I can remember not dealing with an employee with an attitude at this location. Its just extremely sad, because the food is great, the price is great, and I usually love going to Chipotle... this location is just very disappointing. I hope they eventually get it figured out.

I am a Chipotle fan, which is why it pains me to write this. Before this franchise came to Clarksville I would willingly pile the family into the car and drive to Nashville for a delicious burrito or burrito bowl. After two or three recent experiences, Im done with the Clarksville store and back to traveling to Nashville once a month or so. My issue isnt the customer service, which varies between rude and very friendly, or the aforementioned "hearing" issues where you have to repeat yourself a few times. My problem is the portions. I feel like I need to ask and be the bad guy to get more than a tiny little pinch of meat. And this is comparing it to dozens of other Chipotles. What gives? If I said nothing and let things move on down the line, the end result would easily be 60-70% the size of a normal "big" Chipotle burrito at another store. Im not sure if this is something management is encouraging to keep profit margins high, and I acknowledge that they cant make any money if every burrito or bowl gets a pound of meat, but I have expectations for what youre average Chipotle meal looks like for $7 or $9 per bowl and this place isnt cutting it.

Ive been eating at Chipotle for over ten years, back when there was just one restaurant in Denver. As a long time patron, I have to say that if you find yourself hungry after eating their burrito.... Thats a huge problem. Ive eaten at chipotles from coast to coast and this is undoubtedly the stingiest one I have ever encountered. If Im paying $10.00 for a burrito, I shouldnt have to ask for extra anything. They need to fix this as its a recurring theme. I was thrilled when Chipotle came to Clarksville, now Im just disappointed.

This place is garbage. Ive never been to such a disappointing chipotle with such selfish workers. And to top it off, they arent even nice. Im just saying , if you dont like your job then quit. Too bad this is the only chipotle here near Clarksville. What a waste of space! Im not the type to ever write reviews but Ive been disappointed with this place more then a couple times. Ive given them plenty of chances and today Ive had it. My plate looks like I completing threw up on it! Wish I could upload it.

Love Chipotle, hate this store. Employees were speaking so low even though the store was so loud and acted annoyed that I kept asking them to repeat themselves. The cashier shoved my cups in the bag, slid me my bag and handed me my card and began flirting with another employee. I said something to confirm I was good to go, and she ignored me. Flirt on your own time. When youre at work with customers in line do your job, especially when its busy.

WE LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! But these people that work here have NO IDEA what they are doing, I have to repeat myself at LEAST 5 times and then I have to correct them. I order THE SAME thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there and EVERY SINGLE TIME the price is different. No one there knows what the hell they are doing its like the blind leading the deaf. If the food wasnt amazing I would NEVER step foot in here again!

Im sorry but that was the most saddest chipotle Ive ever had.... Alot of the food was burnt so when I took bites some of it tasted horrible.... I got a bowl and a burrito tried them both and didnt finish either one of them because they didnt taste good at all...Im sorry but somebody really needs to help them please help this chipotle out

Food is good because its chipotle but every time I go in they are either out of steak or out of veggies or something. It seems like there is no communication between the workers in making sure the line is stocked. No call backs when something is half empty or who ever is in charge of keeping the line stock is just lazy and doesnt care

Food is ok. Price of food high if you go to any other restaurant they give you unlimited chips and salsa for free. here like 2.00 cold chips and 4oz of salsa. price of food high for very little. i recomend EL Comal and other mexican restaurants. better.. Service ok. Table needs to be cleaned! Chipotles food is not mexican!!!

Unbelievably busy, wish there was 2 lines or something to help speed up the process, I only get an hour for lunch if I am lucky.. So yes sometimes the employees get stuck on an order and cannot cover it up with kindness, becomes a madhouse being the only one near Clarksville. --Food is AMAZEBALLS!

As soon as you open the doors, your nose is full of delicious smells! This store is very clean and the staff that waited on me was very helpful and even though I messed up the kids meal I wanted, was very accommodating. Oh and the sweet tea is delicious!

First time eating at a Chipotle Mexican Grill - certainly wont be the last! Good was amazing! (At first I thought it was a little pricey, but when I could only finish half of my food, I realized it was a good deal!) Food was fresh, fast & amazing!

Often this location is busy but the line moves at a good place and you will get through quick enough. Good enough good but nothing special, but you know what you are getting if you come here..a giant burrito and you will not go home hungry.

Food was great, but again customer service was down right horrible for the most part very pushy and rude. Our first and only visit to this place! Also, how about taking a broom to the floors and cleaning off the tables!!

Consistently screw up online orders. They will also mess up on your in store order if you arent watching and instructing very carefully. The only reason this isnt one star, is because Chipotle is delicious.

This place is good quality and no one bats an eye at my additional requests. They could keep the tables/drink area cleaner though. They arent gross, spills just happen more often than the area is cleaned.
