Our order was not taken correctly. Had to reorder. Then it took over 30 mins to get the missing item. When we asked why it was taking so long instead of offering apologies we were told "we are busy. You have to wait." They were busy, but this is a terrible way to treat customers.

I pulled up a few minutes before it closed. The lights were still on and I waited and then they turn the lights off. No one ever talked to me but when I drove by the window I could see them standing there laughing. Will never go there ever again

We ordered the original maid-rite basket. The food was great and the price was reasonable. We were traveling and saw the sign on the freeway and thought it sounded good. They were not far off the freeway.

This is an old throwback to a welcome favorite loose meat sammich. I dont see many Maid-Rites where Im from so when I go through central Iowa I have to stop and enjoy.

Took 30 min to get order to go rude people no one knows anything not busy never go there again maidrites taste just like ground beef no flavor at all .
