I would give five ⭐s but theres always room for improvement, no one is perfect!! I work there as a kitchen prep and a crew member at one of the best stores that Ive worked in. I said this before I started working there, and now Im proud to say Im most definitely a part of an outstanding business, crew and company with an unmatched process of bringing fresh allnatural fruit, vegetables and meats with good flowing service! Seeing this beforehand is what help me come up with the belief that there is no all around better fast food provider in existence! Keep the good work up crews! Whoop whoop!

Only one word can describe the food here -- NASTY. I took my daughter and her friend here because wed had a couple people tell us how "good" the food is at Chipotle. All I can say is that they must not have eaten at this one. We got our order, sat down and took our first bite. We all stopped at the same time, looked at each other and got up and left. We ended up at McDonalds instead and I dont even like McDonalds, but it was still better than this swill. I would rate it lower, but G+ wont let me rate lower than "poor".

My husband and I stopped here while driving through the state. Everything was nice and clean, and the staff was especially helpful. I ordered the bowl with tofu...they had forgotten to cook up a new batch, so we had to wait a couple of minutes to get my order, but they gave my meal to us free because of the wait! I was very impressed by their care and politeness. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants over the years and this one was hands-down the best. From the minute I walked in, everything was perfect! Service was fast, staff were friendly and the preparation and freshness of the food was the best Ive had - all the way down to the iced tea. Kudos to the store manager for running a first-class operation!

By far the worst chipotle that I have been too. I am a big fan of Chipotle. The food is still good, but the people really seem like they dont want to be there. The portions are smaller than others. I think a field trip to a good chipotle would be good for the workers, and probably management. I recomend the one on Sawmill in Columbus.

Food is alright, but youd think the servers get bonuses based on how small they can make the burritos n bowls. They scoop the chicken, shake it, so its not heaping, shake it again so theres only a few pieces left on the spoon, and on it goes! But dont worry, they will put plenty of rice on there to make up for it :(

Ive been there several times. Not all have been bad experiences but my last 3 have been poor. The portions were too dmall. I got rice, barbacoa, hot sauce sour cream. The person wrapping the burrito said "these are really small" then wrapped then up anyway.
