Let me preface this by saying the only good thing about our experience was our server, Jena. She was great. However, my husbands chicken sandwich came out with the bun was wet. Saturated and dripping. They took it back to remake it, and by the time it came out, the rest of us had finished our meal. With a restless 19 month old, we try to eat quickly and get out of a restaurant, but couldnt in this case. I had ordered guacamole on my burger- I was able to find one small piece of avocado on it. They brought out more, but should not have had to ask them to. The tomatoes on my burger were almost white - they were terrible. Mac and cheese is soupy - almost more like noodles in milk - not cheese. The manager came over and apologized briefly for our trouble. I would have expected they would comp my husbands meal. Nope. When we got our bill, they had charged us for his meal twice. Just a lot of headache for subpar food. We will not be back and will be sure to share out experience with others who plan to visit.

Decided to try Red Robin tonight and am super glad I did. Had the boneless wings as our appetizer that were unbelievable. More white meat than any boneless wing Ive had. And I have had them all. The Royal Robin was the burger I chose and although it was big, the ingredients were so solid it literally fell into my mouth. Service was top notch and professional, girlfriend also enjoyed it. Five star experience start to finish.

Called in an order to go and asked for the A1 burger , I went to pick up my food and the employees were very nice. I drove back to work and proceeded to eat my food and realized they did not give me what I ordered and instead gave me a burger piled high with mushrooms which I am allergic to and tried to call and never got a hold of anyone! Would not recommend to anyone!

The staff is amazing and the food is awesome! My son has a severe nut and soy allergy and the staff was extremely empathetic and very accommodating. They have an interactive food allergy menu and they cooked his food separately so as to prevent cross-contamination. I am highly impressed. Drew and Chris were particularly helpful. Thank you! We will definitely be going back.

I ate here while in town on a business trip. I ordered the royal burger ( the one with the egg) and a bottomless root beer float. The food was good and came out very quick. The server (Kevin) was very attentive. It was easy to find and right off the highway. I would definitely eat here again.

Good service and good food but dont go to the mens restroom! Urine all on the floor. Spoke with the manager and he said that the cleaning crew comes in at 3 in the morning. Ummmm...so your guest have to deal with a pissy bathroom until your "cleaning crew" comes in! Really!
