When this place first opened it was great. I havent been in probably two years now because its gotten so bad half the time the food is either so hard or the desserts are still frozen. My husband and I eat here regularly,since we moved here in February. The only problem we have here is the verbal abuse the taller floor mgr? gives the servers. We do not understand the language but New Years Day , my husband had had enough. The guy was loud at the server about cleaning this table, hurrying her to do this or that. Everyone as customers want to enjoy the dining atmosphere here, which is very comfortable except for this rude activity. He should respect the woman. His actions let me know he probably has no respect for women patrons either. If there is a work problem, it should be taken to the backroom, not in front of us. My husband got up and told him this.the guy did not care, obviously because he made no attempt to apologize to us. She ever so quietly thanked us and she apologized for the situation. He needs training...

Got in a little later than we normally eat dinner, it was slow the bar wasnt stocked at all. We asked them if they could put food out said they were cooking so we returned to our seats and more and more people started to arrive 4 families got up and walked out without paying. We waited a little longer as my husband asked again if they would stock the bar. There were around 20 people waiting at the buffet with plates in hand to get food that was supposedly being "cooked" by the time we would have even been able to get back to the bar that still had t been restocked we would have had to wait again so we decided we would just pay half price for our spoon fills of chicken 3 cheese ragoons and drinks they charged us 17$ for HALF PEICE!?!? How in the hell?? Then asks if we wanted to take our drinks to go!!

My experience at Lucky Bamboo started off well enough. Then I got my sesame chicken off the buffet. I cut into it and it was raw. I let my server know and she took the plate away. She seemed apologetic enough, though I couldnt understand the gestures she was making. As I was paying for our food, I wanted to let the manager know about the raw chicken, not to complain, just a public health thing. The manager looked directly at me and said, "why are you talking to me, you want me to fire her?" I had not said a word about the service. As I explained this, he continued to verbally assault me. This was the most insulting and abusive restaurant I have ever been in. Needless to say, my family will not be returning to this establishment.

I will never eat here again! I have always heard horror stories about lucky bamboo, I knew when my work friends wanted to go eat here for lunch yesterday I should have just passed! I tried to tell them but just gave it a shot anyways. It was awful! The rice tasted like a dirty cleaning rag! The coconut chicken, which is always my favorite at Chinese places, was disgusting! Then last night I had food poisoning!!!!! I have never been so sick in my life! Then on Facebook I saw that 2 other friends had gotten food poisoning from eating here in the past couple of weeks as well!! I dont even know why this place is still open! Gross!!!!!!!

My family has been going there for years and have always liked the food, but the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. I spoke to the management before about the bathroom. There was water splashed all over and an open bleach bottle under sink exposed to kids . She stated.the bathroom was cleaned that morning and seemed confused why it needed more attention. I discovered later that nothing had changed. After today, I will not be going back. The outside of the entrance is dirty and uninfiting and the food bar had water dripping from the protective glass almost hitting my food.

Very disappointing, high priced for Chinese buffet, the food seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. Many were empty and were not being refilled. The sushi, well I should say lack of, they did not keep it filled at all. The entire time we were there they did not refill any much like many of the buffet table foods. It may just have been a bad night or short handed but I will defiantly not return and I do not recommend at all.

This place tends to be popular in Columbia because it is after all a buffet and people believe all you can eat means all you can shove down your massive gut so they keep coming and committing the same bad habits and with the worst imaginable excuses for Chinese food you could imagine. Sadly all the Chinese restaurants in Maury County are very subpar except for Fulins in Spring Hill which is happily not a buffet.

I was hoping to have a sorta quiet dinner by my self, but the wait staff seated 2 families on both in front and behind me and they had the worst kids. A parent and one of the Kids was at the Buffet at the same time I was and the Kid was playing with the serving spoons and dropping them on the floor and the Father was picking them up and putting them back in the food. We eat here all the the time as we come through Columbia. It is quick easy, convenience, and has such a variation of food that the entire family can enjoy what we are eating. We have food allergies so we dont even have to worry about that. Because there is so much also has sushi and can cook what you want on the grill.

All lights flickered,it was freezing cold in place.food was cold 5 seconds after you sit down.i have seizures and the lights flickering really got to me.the floor was so slick it was slippery to walk on.food is good but their maintenance really needs alot of work.needs a health inspector also.

Food is way overpriced for the quality. It smells like mold and mildew inside and bath rooms are nasty. And to top it off our waiter overfilled our glass of tea while refilling, and POURED IT BACK INTO THE TEA JUG! Absolutely disgusting!! Will NOT go back there.

This place is NASTY!! Spoiled beef they were serving on the "hibachi" buffet. Everything I tried was just awful. On top of that its $10.95 for lunch! They are careless and Im not surprised someone said they got food poisoning. Shut this place down, please.
