Food was good. Balloon for the kids is a nice touch. My son has a severe dairy allergy. We went to the website to find out if their french fries have dairy in them, which is pretty common for frozen pre-made french fries. The website didnt have any allergy information about the french fries at all. We called and the host asked a server who told me the information was on the website. I told her that the website doesnt have any information about the French Fries I asked if she could find out if there is dairy in the fries by asking the kitchen staff or checking the information on the frozen bag of fries, Ive worked in a restaraunt for 5 years so this request is very common. She instead went on to the website and read me the information on the website that did not include fries. By that time we were in the parking lot and had to just google the information and read some blogs about it instead. When we entered the host didnt acknowledge me, even though i was standing at the host stand. I had to ask her if I needed to give my name. She seemed to be in a different world and I had shocked her back to earth. The server was good. He was friendly. He did forget a few things and took him a good 5 mins to greet us but it was a busy Sunday after church. I probably wont be back because I remember the Red Robin from 8-9 years ago that tasted fresh and less gimmicky.

This restaurant doesnt deserve your time or money. Our to-go visit tonight was only our second stop here since spending $50 on burgers and dessert isnt high on our priority list, but, what the heck, were almost home from being on the road. The lady that took our order was nice except for allowing us to order something that isnt on the menu at this location - which was the main reason for stopping here. Soon we were on our way home after selecting a replacement item. Once we got home I realized that my entree wasnt in either of our bags. Im headed 15 minutes back to the restaurant when I call to explain the situation and get put on hold for 5 minutes only to have the manager pick up and act like he doesnt know whats going on (my entree should be ready when I walk in the door, he says. It wasnt). I didnt ask for anything other than what I paid for and wasnt offered anything more except a mildly sincere "Sorry". To top it off Bartender Kim thought is would be a good time to make a joke about Bartender Brooke wanting my entree instead. Poor timing. I was one more remark away from throwing my chicken salad in her face. This restaurant is in dire need of new management. What a disgrace. I will not spend another penny here and you shouldnt either.

The food has the potential to be great, Ive been here twice and have been extremely disappointed. When I dined in they brought out my entrees before my appetizer and we ended up receiving a free dessert for the incedent. About a month after I eating here I went to Jonathans to find, to my surprise, the same waiter who waited on me here, there. He told me of how the cooks dont care about the food at all and would sometimes completely ignore orders which I found to be true from the whole appetizer fiasco. Today I got a meal to go scheduled for pickup at noon. I was horribly disappointed to find that my side of sweet potato fries was cold, old and soggy and my burger was lukewarm at best. It seems to me that the staff you see care and the guys behind the scenes making the food couldnt care less.

I hate to give a bad review as I really wanted this to be a great red robin... That said, I have now been there twice and was very disappointed. The first time the tavern burger was soggy, with a small amount of wilted shredded lettuce and one over ripe tomato. No, onion, no pickle just a let down. (To go order) Next I thought I would try something other than a burger and got the fish and chips. They are hand battered which is nice but the batter was so thick that it was twice the size as the fish in places and the batter uncooked. Gross! Again this was to go so I couldnt return it. Wont be coming back Im afraid and do not recommend.

The service is horrible and the food is not much better. This was the second time in a row that our starters never came. I asked three times for sweetner for my tea. It never came. The fries were cold and rubbery. My burger patty was actually cut in half, so it was hard to keep together while eating. My wife asked for a garden burger, and for the second time in two attempts she got a boca burger instead. When my tea ran out, I never got a refil. The restaurant was half full. It is not like they were slammed. They just didnt care. If the saff just gave a crap, it would make a huge difference.

16 pages of different burgers is ridiculous. If I am being asked to pay $14 for burger, at least step up the quality of food and presentation. French dip sandwich is tiny and the au jus sauce was a nice touch, unfortunately it wasnt needed as the sandwich was served in its own pool of grease. Silverware looked like it wasnt washed from the last patron, and the black glob on the knife was a nice touch. For the record, 2nd visit there and less impressed than the first. If you have low expectations, its a great place.

An amazing assortment of good ol red meat burgers, with endless fries. Are they the best burger in Spring Hill? Sadly no, but they are easily top five in Spring Hill. The endless amounts of fries and french fry options are absolutely amazing. Service has always been great, they definitely earn and deserve more than 20% gratuity if theyre constantly bringing orders of so many french fries. Ive personally never had an undercooked piece of meat or chicken nor has my wife and friends so kudos to the kitchen.

Went there once. The food was fairly good, however $11 for a cheeseburger is more than stretching it. Prices are very high given its a burger place. However, the single thing that will make me never step foot in this place again was they pack people in like sardines. WAY to many tables making aisles so tight servers barely have enough space to walk by. Theres no reason for this so I wont be back. Shame to.

What a disaster. It isnt even a year old but the service could not be worse. The servers are rude and the management doesnt care. I wrote a review on a different site(you probably know which one) and received an email asking for my contact information. I gave it to them and heard nothing as of 2 months ago. No wonder they are so bad. I will not go back and have told all that would listen to save their money

It had the feel of old time gathering place, yet the space age futuristic fun choices of where a burger of many mediums might be possible - for sure! ! Think of it --the whole family will rave about this unique and tempting landing zone eatery !! Bistro was a Buzz with people of every "Planet " LoL They have creative light menus, and gluten free, as well !
