This is regarding Chik Fil A but first I went to KFC today 1:05pm 02/15/2016 and my experience was bad enough that I left without eating. I went to the competition up the street at Chik Fil A. At KFC the order menu outside did not work. The drive through microphone/speaker was clicking and cutting in and out a little. I asked to substitute legs instead of wings and I was told they didnt have enough wings to substitute. I asked them to repeat themselves and they restated they did not have enough wings. So I corrected their mistake and said, "No, I said I want legs instead of wings." The person said they didnt have enough legs and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the replacement legs. There was only one car in front of me when I arrived so they did not appear to be busy. I told them I would eat somewhere else. I went up to Chik Fil A and they were packed inside and out. With about 5 or 6 cars in front of me they got my order correct, they didnt forget the extra sauce I asked for and I didnt have to wait 15 minutes even though they were very busy. The workers at Chik Fil A were articulate and clean. The workers at KFC couldnt speak grammatically correct english and looked like they needed some exercise. That was my experience. Thanks.

Excellent customer service and an extremely clean restaurant. Food is very good and fresh. Its the only place where the food you eat looks like the photographs on the menu board behind the counter. Crew members always greet guests with a smile. Crew members are respectful and their service is exceptional. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. Drive through handles your order quickly and the parking lot is always kept clean. Wifi is a nice feature. We have group studies at Chic-fil-A and always feel welcomed. I always have a good experience when I go to the Chick-fil-A in Columbia, Tennessee. Keep up the great work Caleb! You have a very good team. Keep the standards high for your employees.

Awful experience. Out of medium cup lids which also fit kids cups and they force you to pay for large drink or go without a lid. Milk or juice for the kids. Its hot so those are not good alternatives. Then I asked for a sauce. Out of that too. I spilled a lidless drink all over me and one of my kids. Time to stop coming here until they can get their act together.

I have visited many different locations and the food is pretty consistent at service is always good the reason for the low rating is due to this location is nasty to but it bluntly floors sticky counters and tables as well condiments are unorganized just very out of character for chic fil a

Ive always liked their chicken better than most other chain chicken places. I like that the company has placed value on service & obviously do employee training with a focus on customer satisfaction by using key phrases such as "my pleasure" instead of your welcome.

Even though at noon they are extremely busy, the food still comes out at a decent rate and correctly. The staff are hit and miss. The registar workers are friendly, even though they are busy. But the ones delivering the food are a bit quick to the point.

We love to take our 2 and 3 yr old granddaughters here for chicken nuggets and to play on the very clean indoor playground. They always get our order right and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice clean place.

This restaurant gets top score in my book, 4 stars instead of 5 for price only. Great food and service and are very nice. Closed on Sunday so workers can go to church and be with family, this is a great thing!
