Rude customer service we seemed to be an inconvenience for even going through the drive thru Also to top it off the cashier couldnt do the order right after several times and charged us ridiculous prices like .60 for a piece of cheese what?!?! Plus when we went to the window we had two people paying and the stupid cashier couldnt figure out how to do two transactions one cash and the other credit card. Then she look straight at us and said it could not be done. She said Burger King does not allow multiple transitions on one order. I know that is bs because I have do it before there she was too stupid and lazy to do anything or get help. I dislike this Burger King and it doesnt even deserve this 1 star.There need more training on customer service and attitude adjustment along with a whole lot more other things.

This place is open 24 hours every day of the week, which means that if you are driving around the Pace area at 2 am and want something that wasnt wrapped in plastic by a machine a week ago or longer, you can pop through and get actual food here. That, of course, assumes that you arent one of those annoying asshats that pretentiously snuffle about fast food not being "real food." Whatevs, quinoa breath. Anyway. BK is open all night, if you need piping hot sustenance at 4 am. The place doesnt look open, but it is. Stop by and prove it to yourself.

This location needs some serious training on customer service. Every time a meal was ordered it was quickly followed is that it? Really, shouldnt it be can I get you anything else? Its almost as an punishment to be there like it pains their employees to do something like take an order? And this has happened with multiple visits love the food but hate the service. Final straw tried calling to let them know an error on our order but, like there customer service their phones dont work either

We made a late night drive thru stop by Burger King on the way home one night. The food was hot and okay for fast food. The workers there were a bit ditzy. We had to ask for napkins and they chatted amongst each other as they were serving us. Rather rude, but our food was good.

Tried crispy chicken sandwich, was worst sandwich I have had. Small thin piece of chicken way over cooked, burnt and dried out. Could not even eat the sandwich. My wife and I both ordered one, one had piece little bigger than bun, other one was 1/2 size of bun. No quality control.

By far the WORST bk I have ever been too. They have nasty employees with no teeth and horrible customer service skills. They are ALWAYS out of something like the basics coke, fries ketchup! They are LAZY nasty rednecks who need to be on a farm not working in a resturant!

I went there at 10:30 on my way home from work i got some chicken nugget and they were hard as a rock tried to call to let them know and it was 10:55 they close at midnight and no answer they were cold and as I said hard as a rock Im not happy and I cook for a living

I only go through the drive through here, but theyve only mixed up an order one time out of man, many visits (they also fixed that order and were very apologetic). Theyre pretty quick, and the food is usually still quite hot no matter what time of day I stop in.

Super fast and excellent service here! I have yet to have a problem with this location, and I always have my food within minutes. Im not saying that they are not going to make mistakes, but they have yet to make one with me!

The food is ok. I mean, its burger King. What do you expect. My problem is that I have never seen a smile or anything from the people working here. They are short with you and just seem miserable every time we go there.

Neat dining room. Friendly crew.... They have an area with comfy chairs and electrical outlets so you can charge your cellphone or tablet while you eat, chill, watch TV or troll Facebook....pretty cool.
