We have gone to Olive Garden many times and this by far was our worst experience. The host who seated us got our drink order and brought us our drinks to the table and told us our waiter would be over to take our dinner order. He came over and got our order and then brought salad and breadsticks. The salad had no dressing so we waited and waited for our waiter to come back so we could get dressing. He finally did and our son wanted a dip to go with the breadsticks. So again we waited and he finally brought out the dip and dressing. The dip was barely warm. We got our meal which the food was good. My husband asked the waiter twice for a refill on his Sprite and finally had to get up and go back and ask the host for a refill. The host got his drink and brought me another because mine was now empty and gave us the to go boxes we asked for. At that time our waiter came over and we asked for the check. The host had said he would let the manager know we were having issues with the waiter. We sat there with a big pile of dirty dishes waiting for a manager for 20 minutes and the waiter attempted several times to take the check but never once offered to take away any dirty dishes. We saw the manager walk by us 3 times never once even looking at us. The host Cody was great and we have no doubt he let the manager know we were waiting to speak with him. We finally got tired of sitting there waiting for a manager so my husband paid the check and we left. He called back and complained to the manager. He asked for his name and their corporate number. The manager Jeff said he didnt care what my husband did because he said "I am not afraid of losing my job". We will never return to this restaurant again! All could have been fine if Jeff the manager would make table checks on patrons to make sure they are having a good experience. We work hard for our money and pay to go out to a nice restaurant and good service is not too much to ask for.

My first experience wasnt the best but it was simply because they didnt put the lid to my mushrooms on all the way. We have practice in spring hill once or twice a week but is over an hour away from our home. One night I bought $92 worth of food to take home because we get home till late and I did not want to cook. Because the mushrooms had to have tipped over in the bag the whole way home they said to the back into the seat of my brand new truck. When I got the bag out of the truck the bottom fell through and half of the dinners I bought hit the driveway and popped open. I was angry that night but the next day I have the seats cleaned and it did not leave a stain so I was getting over it. One of the managers named Candice, I think, call me back after I left a complaint on the survey. She was probably one of the nicest people Ive ever spoke to and customer service. She profusely apologized and even though I was completely over it and was not asking for anything she asked if they could have an opportunity to rectify what had happened. So she sent me a $50 gift card inside of a really nice card. So this evening after practice several weeks later we use the gift card again on a takeout order. I tried to order it online while I was sitting at his practice because I also had an online code for 15% off. For some reason the website would not take the order. So I called and I explain to the lady that answer the phone and she gladly took my order and also told me they would honor my coupon. Again just like dealing with Candice the customer service was superb. When I got home the family enjoyed the food as always. This is just a really nice location with super good people in it and cant tell you how much I appreciated on those late nights when we dont get home till 10 oclock. I would recommend this place to anybody

We anticipated a visit to any restaurant in Maury County to be iffy at best because of it being Friday night of the Mule Day weekend. We arrived right at 7. There was a wait like we anticipated. We were told to expect a 25-30 minute wait, but were seated in about 18 minutes. Rebecca promptly introduced herself and took drink orders. Salad, soup, and bread sticks were on our table within minutes. Our dinners were just as prompt. During our meal we were trying to find something that could use improvement. While we did notice a server who needed some training, we will not convolute this review with that. We would rather spend some time bragging on the rock star server we had with Rebecca. She was very personable amid a very busy night, but she was extremely attentive. Im a sucker for OGs Zuppa Toscana and often tell my server they will probably get tired of bringing refills. Tonight for the first time ever, I had a server bring a 2nd bowl before I even asked for it! We never had to ask for a refill on drinks. Empty salad plates were not left to pile up. Rebecca demonstrated everything that Booth Review represents and stresses, top notch service! It was actually a pleasure to pay our bill and leave a good tip, knowing we had been provided with spectacular service. When we return we will be sure to ask for Rebecca! We ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo to go and there was a hair in our food. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager, and after 5 min on hold I hung up and called back and the woman said "oh did you not get transferred?" And I said no and she said "oh okay let me go tell the manager in person." After finally getting the manager on the phone I explained to her what happened, and she apologized and asked for us to come back in. I explained I was unable to come back as I lived in Columbia and this was our monthly night out to eat. She apologized and said she would refund our money but it would not show up until 7-10 business days later, and she also said she would send a gift card to me. I thanked her and got off the phone. 2 weeks later I still have not received a gift card OR my refund. I will not be returning to this location, as I do not appreciate being given the run around just to get me off the phone.

Today was my birthday. My family took me here for a special celebration. My mothers food was cold when it arrived and had to be sent back. My father ordered the shrimp and ravioli dish and I kept smelling something funny. I dont eat shrimp so didnt realize it wasnt supposed to smell like that. Then my dad, who never ever complains said he thought the shrimp were bad. He let the waitress know and she said "oh Im sorry" and that was it. She never offered to take it off our bill or sent the manager over. We were charged for the bad shrimp and Im pretty sure the waitress didnt tell anyone in the kitchen. And she never refilled my mothers water. Not a good experience and we wont be back. We did warn some people on the way out who were talking about the shrimp, not to order it. We were there on 12/28 right after 1 pm today, 2016. If my dad gets sick, the manager will be getting a call from me, as well as he health dept.
