I bought from here 1-2 times ever 2 weeks with a total of $37-$50 an order. Food usually great and never use to have ANY issues at all, but 7 out of the last 9 or 10 times a ordered there has been an issues with someone, 1 issue in particular keeps happening which results in me throwing away MY dinner (same dish each time). It only cost $5 but Ive lost $25 on this so far and another $8 because a container wasnt closed properly and spilled out everywhere, 1 more chance then Im done. If I didnt use to be so pleased before I wouldnt even bother.

when I was placeing my order for Deliver and told them where I was she made me feel like I was bothering them. and when I got my meal and tasted it was nasty and when I went to get my fried rice it was not there so I had to call them and tell them they didnt bring it and that I wanted it she made me feel like I was bothering them AGAIN !! And when I got it it was only rice with soy sauce in it. They didnt make it right !!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN !!!! Save your money folks, its not worth it!!!

Where I work we ordered from them frequently large orders for our lunch and one day theyre actually hung up on us multiple times when we tried to call and tell them that they forgot some of our food and then refuse to bring it to us and told us that they gave us everything. Will never go to them again Im thankful that we found the place on Nashville Highway called new China much better than graces!

For real, this was the worst Chinese Ive ever had. They didnt even use Jasmine rice, what?! If you cant even get the rice right, not shops sign. Chicken fried rice had no veggies, just scallions and a couple pieces of chicken. Egg rolls, inedible and chicken and broccoli dish was flavorless! Dont waste your money.

I placed an order for delivery at 8:15 pm tonight and it is almost 10 pm and I have never received my food. I got an order confirmation sent to my email, but they never brought the food and when I called they would not answer the phone. I will never order from them again.

Placed an online order for delivery at 12:00pm got my confirmation email at 12:06. So we called and they wanted to argue saying that we didnt place the order until 12:30pm. Needless to say they lost our business, when we order once a week. Sorry for their loss.

It was horrible.. the sweet and sour chicken is over cooked and the egg rolls look like dog treats and taste like crap.. Its like they got cheap with they stuff.. quality sucks here..I wouldnt recommend anyone eating there!!

Horrible service!!!! Didnt get all of the food we ordered and when we called to try to get the food they left out the owner hung up on us twice!!!!! We ordered $50 and they will not get anymore money for any of us!

TERRIBLE!! They dont speak good English and get mad and yell when you ask them to repeat themselves! ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG! BEEF AND BROCCOLI DOESNT EVEN SOUND LIKE STEAK AND ONIONS! NEVER FIX THE ORDER EITHER!

The best bet for chinese food in Columbia, but that is not saying much. No authenticity, poor service and a little pricey. plus only consider if you r are going to take out, the dining room is terrible
