Extremely poor service. Cant even review the food because we left before ordering! It was somewhat busy when we arrived but there were still quite a few empty tables. We werent sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves and so we stood at the entrance for five minutes while several members of the waitstaff walked past us without even a nod. Eventually we approached one of them and she confirmed we could sit wherever we liked. After sitting down, we were again ignored for a full ten minutes. We watched two staff members slooooooowly clear a two-seater table together (there were three other empty, clean tables nearby). Four other servers walked past our table and pointedly avoided eye contact. Once the ten minutes had passed and we hadnt even been offered a menu, I went up to the bar to inform the servers that we were leaving because we had been ignored. Instead of a sincere apology and an attempt to make it right, I got a halfhearted, "Sorry about that, maam". We had been planning to make this our first stop before visiting the shops and other businesses in the area, but the experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we left entirely and visited another part of town. Obviously, we will not be back.

Last time coming to this overpriced restaurant. Ive been coming here for years and its been okay but this time was just ridiculous. Our kids get the Bluesmurf and Shirleytemple drinks and those have always come with refills but this time after my kids drank theirs and we asked for refills we were told there are no more refills. A little upset with that since that is not specified in the menu or told that when ordering I then asked for just a Sprite since that is what it is made with along with some flavouring and they wouldnt do that. I then argued that had I of just ordered regular Sprite I could have refills and they said yes even though I already did pay for a drink plus a dollar per drink for flavouring. I finally got the Sprite refills and on top of all that the food is mediocre. Its got a nice outdoor feel but the service and food is not worth it.

Un des pires hamburgers que jai jamais mangé, en plus pas donné. La viande est infecte; leau et toute la verdure ont un goût prononcé de chlore quon retrouve jusque dans le "cole slaw", on dirait que tout est javelisé. A éviter si possible, malgré la position, la vue et le "live artist". Si vous avez trop faim, les "chicken nuggets" sont acceptables.

After standing around awkwardly for a while, I had to approach a staff member to ask to seat ourselves. We then sat at a table for over 15 minutes before a server brought us menus, even AFTER he saw us sitting there. They were out of veggie burgers, which were about their only vegetarian option... So we settled with a side of fries. Server stopped by only once or twice. Hands down one of the worst service experiences Ive ever had.

Staff unfriendly an unhelpful. Must be management issues because the location Is great. I waited with my son for a beer an coke, an watched many people get served before us. A guy sitting down at the bar had to get the bartenders attention for our order. Not just a bad night, my third year coming to harbor town with same service... basically because of their location, expect bad service an high prices.

Pretty good burger and fries. The staff was attentive, but not overly friendly. My one complaint is with a name with "Brews" on the sign, you really need to have a better selection. I understand they have limited space for kegs, but the selection needs to be either more varied, or contain more local brews. Beyond that, its a nice spot to have lunch and enjoy the weather.

Nestled in the famous Harbor Town, this small little eatery has great food and a great vibe to go along with it. Its a great lunch spot to stop at and grab a drink (or two) and a sandwich. It offers great views of the harbor and provides a relaxing environment to just sit, relax, and people watch.

Lovely view with plenty of outdoor seating, and there was live music a few feet away. Staff was friendly and quick to serve. Only complaint would be the prices are very high for what is being served ($4 for a 1/4 cup of gpineapple and cantaloupe chunks)

We had a party of 10 and had to sit at 2 different tables because there were no clean tables together. We waited an hour for our order of burgers and hotdogs to find out they were gray and frozen. No manager on site. Would never recommend anyone here.

We ordered the loaded cheese fries, canned cheese spread and paper thin overcooked bacon strips on top. Not very appetizing. Expensive, but it was fast service.

I had a pretty good pulled pork sandwich with some nice char on the pork. Service was fine in late August, after the busiest weeks of the season had passed.
