My name is Linda I dont know why this posted under my sons name but...... My husband and I went to Red Lobster for dinner on Monday 3/22/16. As we were eating a couple came in and was ordering their food and told the waiter they would be paying with their EBT card. I didnt think too much about it,but another couple came in and also told the waiter they would be paying with their EBT card. I still did not think too much about it. Then our check came and my husband asked if there was a discount for Veterans. The wait said "NO". Do you see a problem here? My husband fought in the Veit Nam war to protect all Americans. Now do see a problem here? The waiter apologized and thanked my husband for his service and shook his hand. I think he was embarrassed because he figured out we had heard the other guest saying they were paying with their EBT cards and he couldnt give a Veteran a discount. Now do you see the problem here? We will not be visiting your establishment again. Even Dennys honors our Veterans. I am proud to an American.

We are from Visalia and came down to a furniture place we wanted to see. Anyways, it got late and we wanted to eat and our daughter (7yrs old) suggested red lobster so we went. kathleen was our waitres and she was amazing!!! She is very professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and had an amazing attitude! She was very attentive and ensured we were taken care of. We had a great time and her service was the best service Ive ever had in my 34 years of life! The food was great and she even ensured our meals were perfection. My dish was missing my lobster and she rushed to the kitchen ensuring I get exactly what I ordered! Thank you Kathleen!

I loved the food but our waitress was very very rude. I dont know if she was having a bad day or if she had a problem with the color of my skin but for some reason she made it very adamant that she did not like me or my family. Which is sad because I usually tip very well but because I felt so disrespected I did not leave this women one penny. Very disrespectful literally ruined a wonderful night out with my wife and kids . Thank you Red Lobster , I will be coming back . Do to the fact that I love your food and your the only red lobster in town .

Had a dinner date with my girl on a Friday evening around 6pm. Was no wait at all. Got seated immediately. Our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the shrimp alfrado, but I wanted it to be Cajun style. She made sure that it was Cajun style. Dinner was good and on point. Drinks were refilled and was attentive to every 10-15 mins. I had a coupon for 15% off my entire check. Waitress took it and maybe forgotten to apply the 15% because after I reviewed my check, I didnt see anything taking off from it.

I no its called Red Lobster but they can have other things there besides seafood when me and my husband went he likes seafood I dont they didnt have nothing but salad without seafood they should add things with maybe chicken or other meats the service sucked and also my husband found a hair in his clam chowder thats gross told the waitress about it and she laughed we still had to pay for something that wasnt ate because of that we will never returned to this place again

The food is delicious, we came in the last hour and they waited for us, the waiter was really nice and patient. We left our phone there I pinged the crap out of it with the find my iphone app and turned out we left it behind, i called and the manager was still there. He was willing to wait for us but he needed to go home, he is a hard worker for staying behind that long, we probablly annoyed him with all the pinging. He was nice to hold it for us though :) thank you!!!

We visit this Red Lobster about once a month. Prices are sort of reasonable, but they are exceptional when they run the "Unlimited Shrimp" promotions. This Red Lobster is clean and service is fast. We try however to go on a non-weekend day around 3pm which is not a rush hour for them to get better and faster service. We have not liked it going weekends because of they get extremely busy and there is a long waiting time.

I simply Love this place, ok theres usually a wait but you get a pager, Try to sit at the bar if possible and yes Shirley Temples and Rob Roys are still served here. The Lobster tank with live real lobsters pick one and bam on our plate with lemon and butter, Dont forget the biscuits are divine. Shrimp Cocktail Clam chowder make a nice lunch. Lots of parking and yes believe it or not they serve dessert!

Love eating here! Best seafood in town & great prices! But once in a long while youll get the a**hole server. My bf asked one time 2 years ago if they sang happy birthday to you & one of the severs said no. Then when we went back they did it for a lady on her birthday. We were both like wtf? great food food but ugh.. about a certain server there. Dk if she still works there or not.

Like most any Red Lobster this place is totally fine. It is dimly lit and a bit average when it comes to the food but the drinks my group ordered were strong. The crowd around is seemed younger and more trendy as this is one of the more upscale casual dying experiences in Fresno. Overall I found my stake to be average so if you come here dont expect anything too exciting food wise.

Delightful .I had the pepperstake serloin ,was taken by the nice size of the perfectly medium cooked ,very jucie with mash potatoes and nicely blanched broccoli washed down with Guinness Draft over ice.And with a ceaser salad and clam chowder soup.....exelent with My beatiful 33 years married wife .and geat waitress Natalie ......all ...a geat experence.

I took my family out for a special dinner, my wife, daughter and I all got sick from the lobster bisque, my wife is still throwing up and my daughter still has stomach cramps. We had a great time at dinner the staff was great, the service was excellent ( Joshua was our server). The food on the other hand got us all sick.

The serving staff decent. I was highly disappointed with my Ultimate Lobster Feast. The Lobster was overcooked and rubbery. The food was warm like it had been sitting for a while before it actually was brought to me. I had high expectations and was let down today which is my birthday.

Extremely disappointed. Took my Dad and husband here for Fathers day and what a waste of money. The lobster was rubbery, the red snapper wad dry and overcooked, the lobster Alfredo linguine was watery and oily plus flavorless. Just would not recommend this restaurant.

Loved it here. Kinda packed the night of the 14th, to much so for me to handle so we dipped to Wendys and came back the next day for lunch. And boy was it worth the wait to have such a sea worthy meal with my wife on the first day of our fith year together.
