I ordered food to go and it took them about 45 minutes to cook a burger when there was only 2 small tables in the restaurant. My burger was burnt. And they added toppings I requested not to have on it. The fries were cold. I did their online survey and the manager called me back pretty quick and said they would sent me out a gift card. I never received it and When I called to find out about it twice I was hung up on and the third time they said they wont do anything and Im out of luck. I will not be giving them my business again.

I really like the one in Clarksville. So i was hesitant on coming to the one in Hoptown, however my experience was great. Super nice staff, they gave free beer samples, and I mistakenly thought they closed at 12 so we planned on staying however they closed at 11 and we didnt leave till 11:15 ish everyone was still really great. Will be going back.

Not sure if the food at this site is good or not as I never did get mine. After 40 minutes I had to give up and good back to work (lunch). The staff seems nice but they I have no idea of what the hold up. Over all, the service was very slow. Ill stick with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Clarksville.

Tuesday is half price traditional wings! Service is always fast and friendly and the wings are great. I wouldnt suggest the salads or burgers. Update.. Traditional Tuesday has been cancelled and the amount of wings in an order have been reduced. So disappointed.

Cancelled order after waiting over 30 minutes for two small orders of wings. Server never offered a refill on drinks and was generally apathetic. BWW has apparently gone the way of all the other restaurants in Hopkinsville. We wont be going back.

Been twice now to ensure not a fluke. Got in, got good food, and got out. Great service and food. Will be going back many times. Parking lot looks like it is a long wait to walk in and go straight to a table. Awesome.

We love Buffalo Wild Wings, go there all the time for wings and beer!! The staff are polite and quick! Never had any problems! Wish the prices werent as high but other than that its great food and good times :)

Not a single refill. Took an hour to take our order. Another 40 minutes to receive order. Server rarely checked on our group. Worst service Ive ever had. Will NOT return, even if I were paid to go there.

Terrible food. Go to Kroger and buy the cheapest deep fry able anything and put dirt+crystals hot sause all over everything and you have 60 dollars worth BBW on your hands. Congrats for ruining wings!!!

When I am at Fort Campbell for work I drive to this BWW over the one in Clarksville. Service is good, food is quick and the place is nice. It isnt stupid crowded and frankly easier to get to.
